Not 40+ but… Don’t put expensive items (Car/House) in your name use a trusted family member aka mom or dad etc. This way it can’t be legally taken from you since it isn’t yours. Isn’t OF moving away from adult content? If that’s the case they won’t be making bank anymore pretty soon. So you don’t have anything to worry about. Start a business or get into a trade. You can easily make 20-30hr or more learning how to do a trade. I can get about 6-7 k per month with overtime and about 4K with just 40hr weeks.
