its not that its not a crime, its that its not its own crime. This is a bill to make it a felony that can be punished with up to 10 years in prison instead of the same punishment for reporting falsely that someone stole your rake. Sort of the way that there is no law against stealing a car with a duck on your head, it would still be a crime to steal a car with a duck on your head.

My local paper is complaining that one of the adverts our crown insurance company is running features a woman going shopping using insurance payouts instead of working. This isn't the only article I've seen about it either. would you record it if you did have the equipment? I have in the past used my cell phone to record conversations to avoid/mitigate drama. If there is equipment you feel you are lacking it wouldn't take much convincing to get someone like me to buy it, put a bow on it and hand deliver it to your house.

This could be wonderfully summed up with "wet roads cause rain". im not underemployed because of videogames, I'm disinterested in climbing the corporate and social ladder because they are a no win scenario for me.
