My wife did the same. Kissed me goodbye one morning, asked when I’d be home. Said I love you, nice goodbye. Then when I got home from grad school that afternoon, my four young kids were gone, paperwork, birth certs, etc all gone too. Got a text from my 11 year old boy and nine year old girl that mom “took them from me”. Got a text, two hours after my kids, saying “i don’t want to be your wife anymore”. That was after 16 years married, 18 together. Sucks hard man, Im so sorry and wouldn’t wish it…

Same boat here. I found deleted texts from a guy. “Just a friend” but somehow she always needed to delete his texts. He even went so far as to drop off treats for her and my four kids the one day I didn’t work from home. Shameful. Like you, I come from a very modest background, to say the least. She’s extraordinarily wealthy, a trust fund baby who has never had a real job outside of “working” for mom and dad (hanging with Dad shopping). I had to sign pretty much anything she wanted in mediation …

I thought so too. I don’t think there is such a thing as different. My wife is still claiming faithfulness after filing, although I’ve found hand washed crotchless panties I’ve never seen before. Plus a shirt of mine I lost, with “bleach stains” all over it hidden behind sandals of hers so she could “replace it”. (Hint, dozens of my shirts destroyed over the years, never wanted to replace a single one.) But my honorable Catholic wife is pure as the driven snow. Apparently. 🤷‍♂️

Hey man. Wife just dropped the “get the fick out for a couple weeks while I think” bomb. I’m in dfw, alone on the fourth and struggling. Happy to chat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
