That's like going to a doctor for a cancer diagnosis but refusing to do any imaging/blood tests because they violate your body. Sure you can refuse, but what's the point? You can't prove anything without those tests and you get into speculations "he said - she said" that can ruin lives.

That makes no sense. The murderer is obviously worse than the rapist. If you had only these 2 choices 100% would chose to be raped and alive than stabbed in the throat and dead. Both crimes can be deconstructed to intent (wanting something valuable from the victim, hate, revenge, being horny, etc)

Would you if genders are reversed? You are not judge/jury/executioner to sort the situation and you can be liable by getting yourself involved. I can give you countless examples where a couple fight in public and some idiot steps in only to be assaulted by the shrieking harpy. Call the cops , film the incident and let them sort it out.

I find diamonds worthless as a ring. I mean they are just pieces of carbon and there are plenty of other rocks with much more interesting stories like meteorites or fossilized dinosaurs. This reflects the history of the world. I always find it funny when women say that men kept them down throughout history and that is the reason why there are so many male inventors/scientists/explorers. Men have initiative and a bro code that makes us get stuff done. There is no secret male oppression. If you want something you go ahead and take it. Some women understand this and act accordingly becoming successful CEOs, others don't and complain on tumblr for a free pass.

It doesn't matter if it was an accident. The law is clear on this distinction(accidental manslaughter), if you hit someone you are still responsible. The crime doesn't transfer to someone else, otherwise we would all just pay for someone else to go to jail instead of us.

Anecdotal evidence, but my grandparents were like that. They had a farm and grandma had to carry water from the fountain for 5km every day. While she was very strong for a woman, she had nothing on grandpa who was ripped even in his 70's.

That's nice and ideal, but ...people are fickle. Verbal agreements sound nice until she changes her mind to keep the baby or her family pressures her against abortion. If it's your job yes. It's very difficult for a guy too balance intense workouts with daily grind. Job, family, bills and daily annoyances take their toll. That is one of the reasons that athletes basically live in a very structured environment. You can't maintain that on a daily basis.

After giving birth she decided that work is too hard and became a housewife. Now the guy makes money so she had maids and babysitters. Fast forward a few years. They get a divorce and he has to provide the same living standard while she sucks some guy on vacations and spends his money.
