1	A senior engineering student and RA from my alma mater is being expelled and deported from the US after his ex-fiancé accuses him of over sixty separate rape charges. He was not allowed to defend himself or present any evidence at his trial. I'm just saying that you don't deported for what is still technically a university matter. If he's here on a student visa, and he's kicked out of school and is no longer a student, he may be required to leave or risk being detained and deported.
