Pharmacist here, you have nothing to worry about. Both HSV 1 and 2 are really common. 1st type is present in 90% od adults, and 2nd in about 15%, so most likely you have been exposed to both of them. Additionally, in most cases they have no symptoms and never "wake up" to let you know they are there, but yeah, they are. If you respect the rules of higiene and avoid stress - there is practically no chance they will ever show up.
