You can still be libertarian and against the killing of a baby in the womb because libertarians follow the non-aggression principle. It would be like saying "I'm in favour of allowing people to be free to murder because I'm libertarian" Now perhaps you don't think that killing the human organism during early stages of pregnancy is morallly bad, however in the UK abortion is allowed at the 24 week of pregnancy.
