T treatment is being advertised for everything. If you look at T clinics popping up they’ll say it cures everything from lack of confidence to weight gain. It’s the same as the pain clinics that were around before the government crackdown on opioids. The clinics don’t even accept insurance because most of their clients are within normal limits so supplementation would be rejected immediately.

I have two kids at home full time now, 2.5 and a 14 month old. My husband is laid off and home, and I’m working from home. You know, watching and listening to them play for hours a day when I’m in the office actually makes me want another? That’s a signal of a HVM. Of course my husband is more sane and would rather give himself a vasectomy.

My dad became an abusive alcoholic after his father passed away when I was in 6th grade. Not to us kids, but to my mom. He would shit talk her often and they would be yelling all the time. They'd been married for 14 years when he lost control of his drinking, and that's why it's good to maintain your financial independence no matter what. When he died (unrelated accident) a few years later, my mom was suddenly in WAY over her head.

He has my old phone number still in his phone under my full name, so if anyone tries to call me from his phone they're going to get a disconnected number. He definitely keeps every contact in his phone.

My best friend’s husband lost his job when she was pregnant with their second and so she jumped back to her old job and he took over watching the kids. They have three under 2.5 now and it seems to work out well. He just got his vasectomy, haha. I’m not big on traditional gender roles so I don’t look down on him or other men who decide to stay home or work in childcare. I ate a piece of cake for breakfast and dinner. My husband watched the kids in the morning until I woke up. When I was at the gym with them in the childcare center he cleaned the house and did the laundry. I had a great birthday/Valentines Day! I turned 26 on Thursday and spent the morning sleeping. I could write three million paragraphs telling you how wonderfully my husband treated me for this combo but I’ll just say that despite us having two toddlers at home, I’ve slept so much and my stress levels are zero.
