Go to therapy. Read The Queen's Code by Alison Armstrong and book a consultation appointment to discuss which of her programs would be most supportive for you. You need a team of mentors to support you, and some of those mentors can be books and programs/courses.

Strength training. Muscle.is metabolically expensive, meaning the more you have, the more calories your body burns at rest. More muscle will also make your pregnancy and birth more easeful and less painful. Adelaide Meadow has some incredible programs that are specific for the female body, since most food and training recommendations are based on studies done on men. I've been training with her for a couple years and it's been a game changer when it comes to understanding my body and improving m…

She stated that she can only orgasm using a vibrator or when she's on top, both of which are intense stimulus on the clitoral nerves. This is exactly how bodies work. Vulva and vaginal tissue is the same as penile tissue. In utero, they don't differentiate until about 8 weeks. They are made from the exact same type of tissue. They contain a special type of blood vessel that can retain blood, which causes erection in penises and engorgement in female genitalia. The valves in the helicine arteries…

Exactly. I may have to check out the crystal wands (link please?). That's my one hang up with masturbating, my fingers aren't long enough to get as far up as I'd like. Plus, they're obviously attached, so the angle is an uncomfortable challenge as well.

Unpopular opinion: your use of the vibrator and reliance on it to orgasm IS preventing you from being able to orgasm with him, and from his stimulation. The nerves in the clitoris and genitalia are sensitive. Overstimulating them with a vibrator fries them, so yeah, you can't orgasm any other way. Learn to slow down, breath into that area, get those tissues completely engorged with blood and see what pleasure is accessible then. https://www.instagram.com/p/CxdSycRLTNF/

IDK why specifically you are saying you're infertile. I do know that the body has an incredible capacity to heal herself when given the right inputs. I'm happy to share resources in that department of you're interested. Caring propeo for your body is one of the most profound ways to heal all parts of yourself, including your mind and self esteem, which it seems like you're struggling with.

The Queen's Code by Alison Armstrong has some really great suggestions and insight around sex and intimacy with the goal of pleasing both partners.

IDK about most men, but my parents got engaged about 3 months after meeting. My dad said he proposed because my mom was pregnant. It was the 80s and her family's super Catholic. Been married 35 years. They were also both in their early 30s, so they'd had plenty of dating experience.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
