Go to some local festivals happening in your area and try just making short small talk with other people, across all ages & genders. Practice going to the grocery store and say 'hi' and 'have a good day' to the cashier. Go to a local festival and say 'hi' and 'hey cool hat' or sweater or something about what they're wearing.
