In theory both parents could work & pay for day care so you have more of a social life, a break from home/kids. U can’t get an abortion at any point though that’s the issue. Before roe v wade was overturned it was only until the first trimester. Now in certain states (GA where I live) you can’t get one after 6 weeks bc you can detect a heartbeat. The catch here is that the cardiovascular system is developed from day one of gestation. It’s there but we lack the technology to detect it. The second catch is that most pregnancy tests check for HCG which isn’t high enough to be detectable until 6-8 weeks. 0	Do any of you believe there's a gender health gap? I work in healthcare fwiw. We’re taught (& ive witnessed) men getting more pain meds for the exact same procedures. To take it a step further black men are treated less than their white counterparts. It’s implicit bias really, but you also have to take a look at research & see that the majority of animal models are mainly male animals. 16	What do you think about paternity test? I think it should be done like all of the other tests they require at birth. Not amniotic dna testing though because it is high risk mainly to the fetus but also mother. Best to wait. Even if you’re sure, have you ever watch paternity court? Lol. 1	Borderline Personality Disorder and Women? I think your history with women is terrible. Also with a lot of mental illness, women feel more comfortable seeking help because of the society they’ve been raised in, whereas men unfortunately do not and often leads to suicide. This accounts for a lot of disparities in the gender for mental illnesses.
