Yeah it's the truth, I'm not a lifter yet, but I do calisthenics and after I successfully did 30 pushups without a hiccup, when getting started I could only do 5 without falling, it was a huge confidence booster. You are progressing and this time, you can see and measure the progression, and not to mention, how healthy, refreshed you feel and much more energy. Depends, will I still keep the same features? Then no, an Indian woman with a strong jawline and broad shoulders will probably be in the bottom 5% in terms of looks so hell nah.
