It is really annoying to be with someone who constantly complains about a problem that they could work on but instead chose to just bitch about. I wouldn't be able to date anyone like that personally.

For the past several years I'd had a very fulfilling sex life so being uncomfortable with sex isn't the issue for me. Since my boobs have gotten larger even though I lost weight recently my doctor does think it's hormonal but not anything to be worried about.

That makes sense. I have never had children and don't intend on getting pregnant so my body is probably trying to trick me into having kids.

So you two are not currently living together? Personally I would never consider marriage without living with the person first. Things can change a lot in a relationship once you are living together. Also if you are lowering your income to be with him please get a prenup. He can say he'll take care of you now but a lot can change over the years. If things go bad he might decided you don't deserve any alimony even though you gave up income in exchange for him keeping his job.

I used to have the same problem. My doctor put me on anti-anxiety medication for a short period. It helped me actually talk to people without having the horrible anxiety which gave me the confidence to realize that it's not that hard to talk to men and then I no longer needed the medication. I don't think medication is a good long term solution but at least it can get you over that initial awkwardness.
