When you're using it to justify hating a group of people I can see what you mean, but natural selection has a reason to exist. Genes mutate all the time, how are the bad gene combinations supposed to know they're bad if nothing prevents them from replicating? I know it sounds harsh, but the only way we're smart enough to think about this is because natural selection forced us here.

You should learn python, then C#. I can't help you for courses, never used them myself (stackoverflow is much easier to use, I've never liked tutorials).
