I'm on my way to getting muscular and I can tell is that the gym is a good place to find attractive girls around. Previously I was doing calisthenics so I'm not skinny and yeah when I joined the gym I noticed more attention from females in general so I think working out works for getting women.

I'm ok with it and I almost assure myself that sex would be great. Don't hesitate and give her a try.

His story is a sad one and not men should endure it. topic. Modern guys don't realize the magnitude of being in shape. How this could change everything, game, job, mentality etc. I only will add those tips reading. While reading you obtained an advantage over people who are living in an auto-pilot mode.

Probably when you interact with people your focus is on you instead of them. Even in this post, I can see your cravings for validation and for proving to be a great deal. Human beings are naturally egoists and they care only about themselves but you can use that self-awareness to your own benefit. If you want to learn how I highly recommend you the book: How to Win Friends and Influence People By Dale Carnegie. Good luck.

Nice post, man. You condensed it in plain language. The key now is to apply the knowledge and not only know you learned it.

Sad to read this. Rebuild your life. I recommend you the books of Joseph Murphy and Neville Goddard. Those books are no bullshit and you can do better than her with the power of your thoughts. Good luck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
