Well, I do know that deferred adjudication isn't just "Off you go, be good in the future". Screwing up in the slightest can get the full sentence to come down. Not entirely correct, you might want to read the article your linking to support the claim your making. From the article you've linked; "The special form of probation means that if Harmon successfully completes the terms set out for her, she will be able to say she has never been convicted of a felony. Yes, I've read the same court documents. It was Deuter's texts to Heard that were used in Court to substantiate the article. It was also Deuter that was denying the allegation, as Depp was at the time crying, Depp didn't deny anything. Given the Court's judgement on the case though, I really don't have to change your mind, but we'll see this continue next year when his case is presented in US court.
