I get it. I suffered from really deep anger years ago, it really made me put a lot of effort, it made me push myself to the limit, which is good...but i ended up pretty mentally fucked up. My advice is to manage that anger, not to let it outgrow yourself.

Gotta say it really makes me feel better since i suffer from depression. once i give in, next 5 days i feel like shit, unmotivated, self-loathing and more... on a +7 days streak, my worries, my negative thinking and other shit starts to vanish and i start being more productive.
