As others have said, start talking to a lawyer and get those affairs in order. Your specific situation will dictate what the process looks like, but you should definitely get the ball rolling there. I also appreciate the reminder that this doesn’t need to be rushed, I think I’m getting pressured either by her or the situation in general and it’s making me a bit frantic.
