I definitely agree. It is the stereotypes that are in the shadows that hurt not just men and also women alike. The issue you mentioned 'men are culturally encouraged to suppress their emotions' is VERY real unfortunately.

Don't over do it. Trying too hard is self-destructive. Keep hitting the gym, keep doing your hobbies BUT there is a major issue.
