Keep it on point to the violation, always list out what you want the court to do. IE... Research who, how, when, forms if needed and whatever else your court requires And Then send as priority or what ever the requirements are for your court, you want some sort of receipt of delivery. They may still not be used but you now have a paper trail for an appeal. Communication that has been notarized establishing that it is you and other parent, that it has not been altered.
