I just finished reading the book tonight, I find it very informative and well structured, throughout the book he talks about the importance of chasing excellence and not women and how they shouldn't be your focus, how a man must limit dating temporarily or completely if his sexual market value (SMV) is low because there is work that has to be done, hypergamy sexual strategy, Oneitis and tons of other stuff that i can't mention in one comment, it's a must read.
