wtf how is he a virgin
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 11:40 PM

It's also easier for heterosexual women to catch an STI or UTI than heterosexual men

Gosh yeah it does seem like managing diabetes especially type 1 is a constant thing
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 10:56 PM

Waitt type 1/autoimmune type or type 2?

oh no! did your blood sugar drop after taking insulin or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 10:18 PM

Honestly... does it matter what's said here? Obviously there are plenty of average people out in the real world in healthy relationships where they both treat each other great
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 09:56 PM

https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/14681994.2012.678825 Admittedly smallish sample size but this study has the advantage of being dyadic -- both members of a given couple are surveyed. "Men and women were equally likely to be the member of the couple with lower sexual desire relative to their partner."
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 09:37 PM

Interestingly, on r/DeadBedrooms the ratio of high libido male users to high libido female users essentially matches the ratio of male:female reddit users overall. I guess at least for reddit users in relationships, men and women are equally likely to be the one who wants more sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 09:24 PM

No, lol. Men love bitches

"Couples married in the late 1960s and 1970s were 70% more likely to divorce when wives earned the same or slightly more than their husbands compared with couples where the husband earned more... For couples married in the 1990s, however, the divorce rate for those with female breadwinners had fallen to 4% higher than male breadwinners." https://cde.wisc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/839/2023/05/More-Wives-Now-Outearn-Their-Husbands.-They-Also-Stay-Together-Longer.-WSJ.pdf

"it only counts as rape if it's violent" kys
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 02:36 AM

Am I insane or is someone that voluntarily abstains from sex (both penetrative and oral) past like ~22 not basically guaranteed to have a lower libido and/or not value sex that much

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 10:21 PM

through actions lots of women come off as promiscuous online wat
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 10:06 PM

somehow this may be the most "I get zero women" comment you have ever made
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 10:03 PM

But what I was saying that someone who wanted to have sex with as many people as possible will be able to do that more easily than ever before. I understand that's your point, and I disagree. For a woman that wanted casual sex in the past, she likely just went out with her friends to the bar or club and found a guy there. Casual sex used to be heavily driven by socialization, alcohol, drugs. Those things have dropped off a lot. Pre-AIDS epidemic, we weren't really aware of the sheer health impac…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 09:35 PM

However, more women than ever before have had 30+ partners I don't agree that this is true. People used to be so much more social. And a big thing is that alcohol usage amongst young people has just plummeted, which leads to a significant drop in casual sex. Between 2004 and 2014, the number of bars in America decreased by 17%. From 2005 to 2015 the number of nightclubs in Britain decreased by 45%, and I have to imagine that America saw something similar. AFAIK covid only made these trends worse…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 09:22 PM

I would simply have not left and told him
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:53 PM

Situationship is just the gen z word for "it's complicated" (which was a facebook relationship status option!). Casual sex has also declined.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:51 PM

...are they? I saw that one tiktok of the woman saying she has had 300 partners but that's the only thing that comes to mind. Usually it's men online that go on and on about women who have tons and tons of casual sex
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:40 PM

If you polled PPD men what's the chance that many would honest to god think that young women today are on average having more sex than young women a few decades ago
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:31 PM

Hm yeah 7 average seems fair and definitely it's like some experience with casual sex in between LTRs. The whole "women ride the cock carousel till their 30s then settle" thing is so laughable
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:27 PM

I think that's bullshit honestly, we way overestimate how much sex young people are having but casual sex and casual dating are way more common than that article makes it seem
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:10 PM

So am I... Benni is a fit 6 ft white male...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 08:07 PM

I think a 6 ft fit white man could get laid decently easily in southeast asia without paying a fee tho
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:58 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:28 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:28 PM

It wasn't a follow up, I told him to send a text after the date because they hadn't communicated at all afterwards
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:27 PM

wtf is your advice for a guy after he goes on a first date then
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:27 PM

oh true I didn't even think of this
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:26 PM

Black market birth control, wealthy going to other countries to get long acting forms of birth control, huge increase in abortions, emigration
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:25 PM

Is there a trend in America to have children outside of marriages? Yes, and I am talking about divorce. American temporarily embarrassed millionaire syndrome is a disease
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:12 PM

choppy choppy
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:08 PM

What did you say?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:07 PM

I can name a hundred things women fear that have a low likelihood of happening. I'm not saying it's a low likelihood for any given person. I'm saying that for the majority of Americans it's impossible. particularly the problems I see is that you can be held accountable for a child you didn't want to have in the first place or that the woman can be encouraged to fight for a kid she doesn't want in order to get alimony from a particularly wealthy man These aren't divorce related...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 07:07 PM

umc strivers yuhhh marriage as business model ya
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:59 PM

In the past people who did not want to be married did so because of societal pressure. Same with having children
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:56 PM

The vast majority of Americans are not "getting their daughter married"
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:55 PM

Doesn't this just mean that nowadays the people getting married are more likely to genuinely want to be married and are therefore less likely to get divorced Also, marriage comes with social status. Especially amongst higher socioeconomic classes and the highly educated.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:53 PM

But you understand that you just described an extremely specific scenario, right? That the vast majority of Americans never see a significant growth in their earnings like that? That most Americans really do not have any significant assets by 30?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:51 PM

Overdramatic opinion for most
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:49 PM

I feel like 6 months afterwards is acceptable especially if the spouse did not die in a sudden, unexpected way
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:46 PM

Then date and marry within your socioeconomic class, with a woman who has no interest in being a SAHM.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:44 PM

What percent of single people under 35 have assets even worth talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:42 PM

Yeah idk most people don't have any significant assets til like 30-35+
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:40 PM

In the US 52% of wives with at least a bachelor's degree make at least 40% of the couple's combined income. 43% of wives who make $100k+ make at least 60% of the couple's combined income.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:37 PM

Historically that's been true in terms of child custody. That is changing as states increasingly make joint custody or 50/50 custody the assumed split. Of course the situation is not perfect and it varies significantly by state. I don't see how splitting the marital assets in half = favoring women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:35 PM

Yeah and people usually marry within their socioeconomic class and to people with similar education levels. And as a woman's education and income increases, she is more likely to be in a more financially equitable relationship. 52% of wives with at least a bachelor's degree make at least 40% of the couple's combined income. 43% of wives who make $100k+ make at least 60% of the couple's combined income. Plus, for more educated couples this whole thing is less relevant. Women with a bachelor's deg…
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:32 PM

My parent's culture has a huge taboo on divorce and I grew up thinking that one of the worst possible things life was divorce. And I kept hearing that 50% of American marriages end in divorce. Imagine my surprise when I learned that divorce rates have been trending down for decades. And that women with a bachelor's degree have a 78% chance of their marriage lasting at least 20 years.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 06:26 PM

I think it's very interesting that the rhetoric around divorce is that men lose half of "their" stuff (as in marital assets get split down the middle), even though less than a quarter of marriages have a male sole breadwinner and 45% of marriages have the wife making at least 40% of the couple's combined income. Not getting to spend time with your kids, not getting 50/50 custody totally sucks. But splitting the marital assets in half just makes sense.

I'm not sure about phobias. For neuroticism tho I definitely disagree that it's significantly more common in either men or women.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 03:07 PM
19

Phobias of all kind: for spiders, lizards, cockroaches, which are just stupid but can be ignored. Then there are women phobic of PUBLIC TRANSPORT or making a fucking phone call. Neuroticism: women afraid of saying no, of standing their ground, of asking questions, of asking direction, who feel ugly, fat, useless, and who let that affect their decision making, who really can't survive on their own, and who expect men to cater around it. The fact that you think these things are gendered is hilario…

Do you live under a rock away from any people who have sex? And if what you’re saying is true then why have I had sex with women?

Nope the clit is decently sized with both internal and external parts

14

Oh fuck off they’re not characterizing “wanting a family” as that and you know it
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 04:31 AM
14

The clit is not an accident. The clit and the glans of the penis (the tip) are embryological equivalents. They are literally derived from the same structure during fetal development. The clit is also large, with both external and internal parts, and the internal part can be stimulated from internal vaginal pressure.

explain band kid phenomenon then
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/24 01:43 AM

despite what (some) men here like to claim, the vast majority of women marry within their own socioeconomic class. so a woman in poverty would marry a man with basically nothing. afaik people in poverty also have lower marriage rates and higher divorce rates.

Okay, I guess as long as you’re getting regular periods and not having hair loss/thinning. And no headaches or brain fog
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:50 PM

Are you the one who was talking about wanting to get a summer body + do treadmill…? You’re like 2 pounds from clinically underweight
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:46 PM

Damn, STEM school with more men than women?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:43 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:39 PM

I mean ofc the vibe wasn’t sexual it was a first date… and many people won’t go for a third drink on a first date, that’s a little hookup-y. Also personally I do not generally talk about “do we want to do this again” in person during the first date. And many women will not message first after a date — they view that as the man’s task. She didn’t unmatch you, right? So at least it didn’t go badly. I think you should send a short message. Just a I had a nice time, we should do it again, maybe __ (…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:38 PM

Oh. Relatively social school ? College is like the single easiest environment to not rely on apps
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:30 PM

What do you think the complex is
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:27 PM

An hour or 2? That sounds good for a first date. Were you both able to chat somewhat freely, joke a bit, or did it feel pretty awkward?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:27 PM

Hmm and I’m assuming you got basically zero likes? I feel like the rub is that apps basically don’t work for guys below 5 8, but it’s so hard to build social circles post college Also I just realized that I made a comment to you a few days ago about social status that was entirely college centric. Totally forgot you already graduated. Whoops
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:15 PM

How was your date sir
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:10 PM

If we’re defining chad as 8+ I doubt it… Btw unrelated are you in college?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:08 PM

I def believe that being both below 5 8 and black makes it very rough. I’m guessing even putting 5 7 wouldn’t actually help. Did you basically send likes and never/almost never match?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:07 PM

Then why do some guys here get dates through apps
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:04 PM

Everyone? Also did they not have eyes/any observation skills in like middle school? Or even elementary tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:03 PM

Hinge racial filters are a godsend tbh especially for women who aren’t as in to white men. Tinder just feels like an endless exercise in swiping on white men. Also people keep saying this about Hinge but you can’t filter for height with a free Hinge account. I don’t think it’s common for women to pay. And tbh at least in my age range easily more than half of guys are listing their height on Tinder
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/24 11:02 PM

https://np.reddit.com/r/Tinder/s/uIRbhiQ5eA Various people talking about Hinge vs Tinder results. Some say neither worked, some say Hinge is better. I do think for people in my age range you have to be near a city for Hinge tho

It’s partially a symptom of other issues in the relationship that have strained intimacy, and it’s partially health/mental health related. One of the guys struggles with depression and it lowers his sex drive. He and his gf have both gained weight and I feel like it makes them less willing to be naked/have sex. Another friend of mine (not one of the 3 I initially mentioned) was in a close to dead bedroom for some time because of her bf’s depression (not a medication, but the depression itself) b…

Your last sentence is one of the single biggest issues I have with Red Pill rhetoric because it is so far from reality. Most dead bedrooms are couples that began with a good, passionate sex life. Then other issues got in the way. All 3 of my 24 y/o best friends are in dead bedroom LTRs. Their sex lives were initially passionate, frequent, and experimental (women tell their friends a lottt about their sex life). The reality is that pretty few women are getting into LTRs that begin with duty sex.

What about sexual stuff other than PIV? Aren’t you jumping the gun a bit, especially if you’re young? Like there’s so so many ways a woman can show her desire for you before you work your way up to sex or after you’ve started having it. Like why just assume a woman will never be enthusiastic about getting with you? At least at my age there is no epidemic of women having duty sex with their boyfriend or just laying there and tolerating the proceedings while he does whatever.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 09:12 PM

I’m not sure. This does remind me of Diane from Bojack Horseman tho
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 09:11 PM

If you care about fat women then why don’t you date one and personally support her through weight loss?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 09:08 PM

Actually, I forgot to include a part of what he said. He said people that didn’t go through adversity at a young age, and were given unconditional support and love by their parents. I’m not sure. All I know if that basically everyone gets slapped in the face by life at some point.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 09:07 PM

My friend and I discussed this a few years ago. He was saying that people who don’t go through some form of adversity at a pretty young age (which often looks like a difficult home life), they end up getting a very rude awakening later in life. Often through the first form of adversity they face - dating. Heartbreak, rejection, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 09:03 PM

Chaddd
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:57 PM

This is the reality that most people should inherently understand by their teen years.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:55 PM

The impact of gaining muscle would be pretty minimal on abdominal loose skin, especially the amount that many women have after multiple pregnancies + losing the weight. Somewhat effective for like legs but not really there
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:54 PM

Are you jealous that she’s cuffed and you’re not
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:52 PM

I don’t understand why many here are so obsessed with unconditional love and relationships. It only exists from a parent to their child, and even that is pretty finicky
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 08:50 PM

I dunno he’s just got to find the theatre girlies
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 07:35 PM

A paid internship the summer before she starts college is unnecessary. Shadowing can also be done over smaller breaks where a paid internship isn’t possible. I disagree that shadowing is boring. For fields that I like, shadowing made me feel so alive. For stuff I didn’t like, I didn’t like shadowing.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 07:14 PM

No. Too bulky. Some lean muscle is good but this is way too much
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 07:00 PM

Tummy tuck results can actually look pretty decent especially for someone who has a lot of loose skin from multiple pregnancies and losing the weight
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/24 06:59 PM

The hookups that women will admit to are with men that are as attractive or more attractive than the guys they date. But at the end of the day a hookup is just a guy that’s getting your rocks off. He doesn’t have to be shown around publicly. And ONS especially tend to happen through a haze of non sobriety. So there’s a range in how good those guys actually look. My exes definitely had the best bodies (bc shared values around fitness).

/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 10:05 AM

Lol, there’s definitely times where there is just no accounting for taste. Just now while touching grass I was observing a mid-late 20s couple where the woman was pretty skinny and cute, like an American 7. Her boyfriend was like 5-6 face + beer belly + balding at the crown. He was ginger and like 6 ft tho. They were fawning over each other. The heart wants what it wants ig
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 10:02 AM

No, lol. It’s not a competition thing, at least not in my circles. One of my friends is athletic/6.5 prob and she just likes guys who are… plain faced. Last time she showed one someone was like “😀he looks like he’d look better in person”, trying so hard to be supportive but very clearly thinking he was totally unattractive. I think there’s just tons of subjectivity once you get below like 7 and women are fast to cast judgement. I remember one time a friend in high school was so thoroughly confus…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 09:58 AM

Lol saying your friend’s bf looks like a rat is unmatched Women have really, really different tastes. Huge joke on TikTok about women having to defend their new guy in the group chat. Literally like this salivating over a guy who is objectively like a 5 face wise <image> When I used to show a picture of me and my ex together my friends would just look at me like bffr. Got a fair bit of whys and what are you doings

Hmmmm some of your language choices are interesting to me. Did you love her and also feel loved by her? Like idk you keep saying that a relationship is about you supporting her, you caring for her, you listening to her bitch about work all the time. That you weren’t able to do all that (and you didn’t want to do all that), and that makes you undeserving of romance. That line of reasoning doesn’t make sense to me. But maybe I’m not understanding what you’re saying
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 09:23 PM
1

Hmmm you’re right, most people do want to view themselves as average. Who knows who’s right.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 08:53 PM
5

My issue is that I feel that men here, particularly the ones my age or younger, have little real experience with women and have created this very distorted view in their head. My point is that when you look at the pool of women who have engaged in casual sex, 12 partners in 1 month is on the extreme end. Within that pool, it’s nowhere near average. Yet it seems like young men here have built this view that the average single woman has a constantly revolving door of “chads”.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 08:35 PM
3

Wouldn’t you rather take the significantly lower chance of divorce even if it means that if a divorce does happen it’ll almost for sure be initiated by the woman? Casual sex is very, very common on college campuses. “Riding the cock carousel” is some weird red pill thing but the reality is that having some level of sexual activity outside of a committed relationship is viewed as normal in college.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 08:07 PM
1

Could you explain the good girl gf vs slutty fwb dichotomy. In what way did you treat her like a slutty FWB? In sounds like, to me, that maybe you were in this relationship and from the jump you were thinking something like “why is she even with me?” or “I’m inevitably going to fuck this up”. Does this sound accurate to you?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 08:03 PM

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 08:01 PM

Higher education is correlated with lower divorce rates. Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree or more have a divorce rate of 25.9%. And divorce rates have been going down since the 80s - “nearly 78 percent of college-educated women who were married for the first time between 2006 and 2010 can expect their marriages to last at least two decades”. https://divorce-education.com/divorce-rate-by-education-level/#:~:text=The%20Census%20Bureau%20reported%20the,levels%20and%20lower%20divorce%20rates.

Oh, blah blah blah. If you have eyes and you’re on a college campus it’s clear that’s not true. Plenty of people, men and women, have casual sex at times and loving relationships at others.

3

Lmao the threat of force doesn’t mean jack with a teen
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 07:30 PM

12 different partners in 1 month is extreme. The men here tend to dunk on lower body counts over a long period of time.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 07:29 PM
5

This is not true in my experience. The women I know who’ve been in LTRs and had plenty of (healthy) casual sex between relationships have had no problem following in love and attaching to a new guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 07:27 PM
3

No, they’re not. The first scenario looks like a woman coming into college and getting with different guys because she doesn’t feel attractive (or like she’s worth anything, or getting out of a relationship and immediately getting with different guys to try to fill that emotional void, or trying to get with all the ex’s guy friends as revenge, etc. Those scenarios are very different from having FWBs/sneaky links and maybe ONS between long term relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/24 07:25 PM
1

Hmm it’s hard to keep the conversations I’ve had here straight, you’ve had some amount of romantic success with women before, right? What changed to make you feel like you don’t deserve romance? Or did you feel like this even before you started dating women?

You may be thinking about a different type of gel, the one that was heavily reported on in the mid 2010s. I actually had never heard of this gel until today. Plus there’s the nonhormonal pill in the UK that just started human trials, and another option that’s in the pre-human trials phase at Cornell. The change is that the money is there now - the NIH has been putting millions into this for the past few years. Researchers just have to throw enough shit at the wall now and see what sticks. https:…

That’s very different from like staring at a woman’s chest while you’re talking to her or near her. We’re attracted to people, that’s just a part of life. Can you dig into your second paragraph a bit more? Why would you prefer to kill your libido? Is it out of a sense of hopelessness, an overarching sense of guilt with your libido, som…

We are so, so far away from artificial wombs. The age of viability has been creeping downward for decades but it’s still ~22 weeks (technically, with the best possible resources. Realistically more like 24). I highly doubt there will be artificial wombs in my lifetime. Tho I do think male birth control will be available in my lifetime. The small human trials in India (procedure) aren’t going as well as hoped but there’s different types of male contraception that have started human trials in the …

Relationship with parents tends to be a good predictor for promiscuous behavior that’s being used as a validation bandaid for insecurity and poor self concept. It’s not a good predictor for people who have sex outside of LTRs because they just enjoy sex. For some reason the conversations here conflate the two scenarios.

Never watched porn? Nah. Not watching porn in the relationship? I dunno. Maybe not realistic but I guess it is what it is. I’ve seen some women say they’d rather like the guy use pictures/videos of the two of them instead. I guess probably there would have to be some way to compensate if the guy’s sex drive > hers I do think I’d ask questions if a guy was regularly watching porn while in a relationship. Unless it’s long distance

I tend to say that, it's an exaggeration to make a point. Guys appear to evaluate their looks solely through the lens of female attention, and seem to assume that women do the same. Of course male attention is a big factor, but there are so many other things at play. Women understand very, very young that looks will hugely influence all aspects of their life and their perceived worth as a person. A big one is relationship with mothers. Women’s fertility falls off a cliff. When it’s over, it’s over for women. That’s not true for men, they theoretically can have a child well into their 70s. But that doesn’t negate the fact that men also face increasing fertility problems and declining sperm quality after 35-40. Your anecdote aside the data does not show that it’s peaches until late 40s+. And I didn’t even touch on shit like schizophrenia risk.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 05:35 PM

I don’t respect men that say that women face their biological clock in their 30s but men don’t need to similarly scramble for children. Wtf sort of father are you going to be for a child that’s born when you’re 40+? And that doesn’t even touch on the fact that males do have fertility issues as they age, particularly related to sperm quality. For a woman under 30, getting pregnant with a man 35+ increases her chance of first trimester miscarriage by 56%. Men over 35 have a 52% lower fertility rat…

/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 04:04 PM

A 4 is either more overweight or has worse facial features .
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 03:56 PM

That ignores the realities of what young women look like on average today.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 03:51 PM

In that case the woman would not be a 3 facially or overall, assuming no exaggerated features like this case.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 03:46 PM

At a certain point this is just mental masturbation
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/24 03:45 PM

Hard to say without more info as all we have is a shitty still image of her face in a weird position and words on top. Those images are averaging of a bunch of faces. They do NOT produce a 5. When you average a bunch of faces their imperfections start getting balanced out

Their own prime, not their prime in the eyes of others. “women with the highest sex drives are aged between 35 and 44 - with 17 percent rating their libido as 10 out of 10” “women between 27 and 45 had more frequent and more intense sexual fantasies than younger or older women. They also had more sex”

I think it’s more accurate to say that a woman will not date down in terms of class. An upper middle class woman will 90+% of the time not date down to lower middle class. There’s more flexibility within class in terms of the exact numerical earnings, and the data reflects that. A signficant amount of women making let’s say $150k are not going to limit her options to only men making $150k+, but will usually not pick a man who makes $50k either Tbh I don’t think it’s super super common for a woma…

Yes because young men are much more able to naturally perform sexually (men's testosterone levels start dropping in their 30s and are less able to hold erections and have longer refractory periods) whereas women tend to hit their own sexual prime in their 30s and 40s (barring hormonal/other health issues/small children stuff). So it makes sense for younger men and older women to pair up for shorter term or casual stuff. Also that stats been heavily criticized tons of times on this subs, other su…

What's interesting to me is that this whole wall thing and AFBB isn't even applicable to tons of men here because they're in their 20s and going for women in their early-mid 20s. I first saw all the pill stuff in about 2013 and back then the average age seemed older with a lot of men who had been through divorce. Nowadays it seems that the demographics have skewed much younger and less experienced.

Yeah. People like to say that the only reason women attempt suicide more often according to stats is because women will give themselves a shallow wrist cut for attention and it gets counted as a suicide attempt. It’s not true tho. People don’t realize that even downing a bottle of pills can get you 1 week in the ICU and cognitive delays.

You can’t auto filter height with a free account on either Hinge or Tinder. And straight women don’t pay. If they’re manually filtering for height obviously they’re going to see what you wrote in your bio Are you talking about having incorrect age on Tinder? Are you 30+ or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:23 PM

Seems like a strawman… 20 year olds are definitionally adults but that doesn’t change the fact that people in their early 20s are stumbling around blindly and usually have no real sense of how their life will turn out

/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:15 PM

I dunno man I just see the news and the anxiety over it
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:14 PM

Yeah exactly. We assume the guy’s lying. So if a guy lists their actual height they’re needlessly kneecapping themselves This gets hard if the guy’s really short tho like 5’4” because even a 5’2” girl is immediately going to be able to tell irl how much he lied. A 5’7.5” guy saying he’s 5’9” and going on a date with a 5’1” girl tho? Lowkey chilling
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:13 PM

You can’t auto height filter with a free account and straight women don’t pay generally. I like the ethnicity filter because the pool for mine is too small for manual filtering to be effective Yeah this makes sense. I wonder if Hinge and Tinder have dramatically different algorithms — I wonder if Hinge shows more people around your ranking rather than the best people first You’re right it’s a pro overall I think
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:11 PM

This is real life, not a Disney fairytale. Most men on these apps are lying. Women are aware of this heightflation and will assume everyone’s lying by a bit. Many obese women try to hide their weight online through filters and only having face pics. If a woman does not have 2+ full body pics then I assume she’s trying to conceal her weight. So I swipe left. Simple as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:05 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:02 PM

Yeah this is true. I just get frustrated when people have go on and on about Tinder when Match Group literally launched an other app that IMO effectively deals with some complaints about tinder
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 02:00 PM

Yeah but you’d have to only swipe on pretty short girls like 5’2”-5’3” and below. Still a decent pool tho. You can do that manually or pay to use the height filter. Basically all girls know that guys are lying. We generally get annoyed if there’s a measurable impact on the experience (online he says he’s a few inches taller than you, irl he’s actually shorter than you)
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:59 PM

Waittt guys here are remembering to add 1-2 inches on their OLD listed height right? Have to be careful about going for women too close to your actual height tho
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:49 PM

Yeah height below 5’8” is going to torpedo guys on dating apps tbh regardless on the app I think Hinge > Tinder for mid average height guys for sure. And what guys are saying on the tinder subreddit seems to bear that out
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:45 PM

I feel like I’m losing my mind when people talk about tinder here. Do people not see how much this app has gotten way worse in the last 5+ years? The sheer amount of fake profiles and scammers? None of my friends even have Tinder anymore because it’s such a cesspool. I only have it to swipe on women
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:43 PM

Yeah they allow everyone including free users to filter based on ethnicity. Some people don’t like that They openly show you who you’ve been liked by. Some women get stupid about it and decide to only go through their likes and not swipe at all. And idk why but when you start on the app your likes tend to be… really not good looking. Mine got better over time tho Also because everyone has few likes you have to be strategic who you like — have to think who you’ll be most likely to match with. A p…

/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:37 PM

It naturally limits choice paradox to an extent because the # of likes is seriously limited (8/day). You’re also openly shown the people who like you. Some women actually don’t swipe at all and just go through their likes, further limiting their pool. I suspect Hinge has some mechanism in place to limit the # of likes you can have pile up. They also give you warnings if you have too many matches but try to keep swiping. The pool’s somewhat different — higher quality for young people. Way less fa…

I’ve seen women who are seriously trying to look for someone kinda quickly do that. Like swipe enough on Hinge to get some viable matches —> go on dates with a handful —> narrow down and date. But tbh a lot of women, especially my age and younger, don’t have that short term goal so we just swipe for the vibes or validation or whatever. Admittedly Hinge does help with this because you only get 8 likes a day. Another thing is that women do tend to try to create a viable pool of matches, but by bec…

Of course it's better to have too many matches than none. But the end result is the same because of the choice overload psychological phenomenon. It gets too overwhelming and leads to just quitting. A few comments down I looked at wives that have at least a bachelor’s. I used the 100k thing because I’m tired of seeing men here talk about how when women become highly educated and high earners they massively shrink their dating pool by hypergamously only wanting men making more than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:35 AM
8

The fact is that Hinge is different from other apps. It forces men to make those decisions to send likes (especially since you can see the likes you’ve been sent). And men’s liking habits are pretty lopsided. Yes, women’s are still worse - more unequal in terms of Gini coefficient. But men’s are still pretty bad. I’m not saying men are actually only attracted to 20% of women. i’m saying the apps are inherently fucked
/r/PurplePillDebate29/04/24 01:29 AM

Their evidence is OLD but IMO works for the way some women experience attraction to men, but definitely not all. I think women's attraction to men has three categories: Men that they're attracted to based on basically just photos Men they're attracted to after meeting them in person, being around them, etc. It really is vibes - the guy's sense of humor, little mannerisms, body language, everything. Men they are not attracted to IMO women vary in our distribution of guys in category 1 vs 2. But a…

Men on apps like Tinder have a tendency to swipe on everyone, or many many women. When they are forced to make actual decisions (like women are), their selection becomes much more similar to women’s. Hinge only gives user 8 likes a day. On it, the top 10% of women receive 45.7% of likes, while the top 10% of men receive 58%. A disparity still but you still see pretty similar trends for both. I would also argue that OLD is not aligned with many women’s attraction towards men. It certainly isn’t f…

I think it’s really sad how Gen Z women have become so impacted by social media and obsessed with our physical flaws that we fear pregnancy because of the impact on our looks. How we react with disgust to pregnant and postpartum bodies. Not the difficulties of motherhood, medical complications during childbirth, how pregnancy can trigger other health issues. More than anything else it’s this fear of pregnancy wrecking our looks.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 10:50 PM

This is sad tbh most of those guys really were handsome esp the ones that reacted pretty negatively
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 10:44 PM

It’s the only way that makes sense to me tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 10:38 PM

Idk to me there’s no issue with not wanting a serious relationship. We all have those stages in life. But racking numbers is interesting because no one needs to do it to be sexually active — much easier to just have 1 or a few FWBs. So a person who’s racking numbers is purposefully cycling between different people. More than half the time I think serial ONS is due to mental health issues/low self esteem. But there’s definitely people who just enjoy meeting different people and having sex with th…

You would need to compare the experiences of young women today vs young women in the past to prove that young women are more promiscuous than ever. And the data does not support that. The age of loss of virginity for females has been trending older for decades. CDC data has showed significant declines in teen female (and male) sexual activity. Teen pregnancy has dropped a lot and that is partially explained by less young people having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 07:27 PM

Sexual activity has been dropping for decades and age of virginity loss has been getting later. There's a reason that teen pregnancy rates have dropped tremendously and it's not just access to contraception. In 2018 ~19.1% of women 18-24 y/o reported no sex in the past year (and 30.9% of men).

How do people genuinely believe this? It goes against everything we know about sex. People with greater access to technology and alternative forms of entertainment have less sex, not more. Young people in America are more sexless than ever. Do you actually believe that women in India have only chastely kissed a man by the time they get married? That women in sub-Saharan Africa are hitting 18-21 without having had sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 01:51 PM
7

I don't understand why men here genuinely view women in the third world as more chaste. This goes against everything we know about sexual activity -- that age of virginity loss is higher in first world countries, access to the internet / alternative forms of entertainment plummets sex rates, etc.

Technically it's correct because we have excessively elevated PIV to an entirely different class of sexual act. Even though we now have IUDs with >99% effectiveness. The reality is that basically no one is legitimately waiting. Even the BYU students who get married at 20 are doing every premarital sex activity they can think of and are telling themselves that it's not really PIV intercourse. It's actually the exact opposite. Like definitionally opposite of Madonna Whore, which is the concept of men viewing women as either saintly Madonnas or debased whores. The man feels love toward the Madonna, but sexual desire towards the whore. These two feelings are mutually exclusive in a man who has this complex. So actually, "princess in the streets freak in the sheets" is literally describing 1 woman being both a Madonna and a whore. The exact opposite of what's described in the complex. Wh…

Repressed catholic girls are not into submissive stuff in bed, quite the contrary. The trope is that they are very willing and aggressive in bed contrary to how they are outside. Hmm I don't know if I agree with this interpretation. It's more like they're particularly willing and adventurous in bed --> kinky --> submissive for women usually https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIPJrrQlxzY Starts ~1:24, idk I interpreted this as her wanting to be uhhh tied up, gagged, whatever
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 02:14 AM

So you're not a feminist deep down. Are you a moron? I truly hope the new generation will have a better time. I hope so too. Definitely an adrenaline junkie, I love rollercoasters not very feminist That’s a stupid argument and you know it. Obviously shamed based messaging while growing up, abstinence only and fear mongering sex ed, and being told that wanting and enjoying sex is unbecoming of a woman all have a lifelong impact.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/24 01:48 AM

I bet it’s more correlated to the culture they grew up in and the shame they were taught to feel about their sexuality. The freaky repressed Catholic girl trope comes to mind. There also tends to an overlap in parents/cultures being heavy handed in encouraging excelling in school/work, and encouraging sexual shame.

Girl to be honest you think way way too much about this whole "wall" and "women are expired after 30" thing. Women who spend time on forums like this need to do their best not to internalize what is being said. Remember that the vast majority of men are not on subs like this. Most men are out in the world vibing, dating, fucking. The reality is even the people who say "women hit the wall at 30" don't really believe it. /r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 11:13 PM

I mean, a few days ago someone asked on the daily thread about what successful guy's matches looked like vs the women they pulled irl. Like 4 guys responded and all said their matches were a fair bit worse. I doubt that they are alone in this experience and it's worth digging into the several reasons for this disparity. Also just speaking from personal experience and the way OLD really just doesn't speak to my attraction to guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 11:10 PM

I just tried to swipe and find one that would fit for me but couldn't lol. I did see 1) a man of my ethnicity with a pretty good face and great beard and 2) a golden retriever type tall white guy with hipster style, I think they would fit into some women's category 1s.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 11:07 PM

I think women's attraction to men has three categories: Men that they're attracted to based on basically just photos Men they're attracted to after meeting them in person, being around them, etc. It really is vibes - the guy's sense of humor, little mannerisms, body language, everything. Men they are not attracted to IMO women vary in our distribution of guys in category 1 vs 2. But at the end of the day these feelings of attraction are equal. OLD used to really frustrate me because I would lite…

/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 09:57 PM

I originally talked about relationships from teen years. You’re the one that cited sexual scarcity data over the course of years. I simply showed why your data is misleading.

Looking at that 2018 GSS data split by male age group gives a better picture of what is actually happening. <image> https://datepsychology.com/are-27-of-young-men-really-virgins-and-why/
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 05:52 PM

Over the course of decades? 44% of adult Gen Z men report not dating during their teen years. This number was 32% for Millennial men and 23% for Gen X men. Sounds like if we go back decades, the average man is and has been dating from a young age.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 05:32 PM

Oh blah blah blah even the men that talk about being mislead admit that they're referring to their parents/grandma telling they're such a special wittle boy and being kind and smart will get them a great girl

It seems like a decent chunk of men have convinced themselves of this whole "cock carousel thing", that women below 30 just chase chads who only hook up with them, that e women just forgo relationships because of their inflated egos, that LTRs are exceedingly rare for women in their late teens and 20s. So beyond delusional

Wtaf I honestly feel like people (mostly women) who believe in the “power” of friendship/social community/social connections as a “bandaid” or “magical drug” that can fix almost any emotional or physical situation. Not a magical fix, but damn close.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:12 PM

boo
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:53 AM

Yeah agree with that too like if they weren't touchy
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:40 AM

Good kissing just like... feels insane. Kissing incompatibility is a huge dealbreaker imo
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:25 AM

No I mean that I personally find going down on a woman to be pleasurable
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:19 AM

I feel like the question with fake boobs is if they feel similar or not yes, yes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:18 AM

it's a line from a TV show
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:17 AM

people are gay steven
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 04:14 AM

Hmm I feel like it's not fair to compare cuddling to sexual acts because they're completely different experiences. Like yeah cuddling is better than sex but hardly a replacement I feel like kissing > cuddling > PIV > other sexual acts

Controlling parents make the sneakiest kids
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:55 AM

Yeah. I mean you're near the end of college. Definitely an appropriate time to start setting boundaries and assert yourself as an independent person. Have you commuted throughout?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:54 AM

Going down on a woman is a pleasurable experience actually
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:50 AM

Remember to do it to people's faces irl. That's key
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:49 AM

ooh what's your way of dealing with them
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:46 AM

I think that you should take up this mantle. I think you should dedicate your time to fat shaming with the noble goal of reducing obesity rates. Especially irl you should definitely fat shame people. It's just the right thing for you to do
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:43 AM

Went from overweight BMI to normal (always had decent muscle). Only did so after learning to view myself and my body in a positive light. Curious
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:36 AM

are you actually stupid enough to believe this
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:30 AM

no shit
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:29 AM

I'm saying what I view as the ideal view going forward. Pharma companies have seen how much money is it weight loss drugs. We'll see more research into this, hopefully the drugs will advance and production will ramp up
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:28 AM

Part of it is she's not what straight girls view as pretty, and also she looks a little AI-like and too airbrushed in that video Madison Beer's definitely pretty attractive tho
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 03:26 AM

Breaking: reddit man finally, miraculously solves an epidemic that's been developing for decades and effects more than 40% of American adults (with another 30% being overweight). We can all go home now
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:27 AM

Do you think obese people have never tried a diet in their lives
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:23 AM

On a good hair day probably a bitchy 7 with some chance of autism. or maybe a delusional 5. who knows
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:21 AM

Nah it's like specific girls I know who were overweight in college and have now lost a lot of weight. I've seen some of these girls irl since graduation, or at least in other friend's pictures as well. Lot of women I know irl have started diets this year, lot of "oh no I'm okay" when asking people about getting lunch or dinner nowadays. I have also lost a lot of weight since college grad and I'm decently sure I am not looking at an AI filter in the mirror. Just a cultural shift brought along by …
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:19 AM

This bias can increased in recent years IMO, largely driven by an increase in mistrust of the healthcare system (in some ways understandable). And that's partially driven by the rise of anti-intellectualism. I think one could make the argument that our absolutely ridiculous obesity rate is a pretty clear sign of natural processes failing in modern society
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:14 AM

yikes on bikes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:01 AM

yeah but your comment was still a brain rot moment in response to my original comment
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 02:01 AM

This shit is exactly what I'm talking about. "The easy way out" what are you talking about bruh. Why is """natural""" weight loss some lofty moral ideal? Next you'll be telling a patient with high blood pressure that taking medication is the "easy way out" and they should rely only on diet changes And cheaper -- it depends. Patients with diabetes can and do get these drugs covered by insurance
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:59 AM

This just does not track with the real experiences of people who are on these drugs There is a mad rush for Ozempic-type drugs. Celebrities are paying out the ass for it, cities like NYC have a ton of doctors who prescribe it to their wealthy patients. This isn't coincidental. This shit works. Yes, it has to be done in combination with lifestyle changes. And yes, many patients will need to continue a lower maintenance dosage. Just like SSRIs you're stuck on the medication for months *4-6 weeks f…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:48 AM

Oh please, don't pretend that you read these examples and genuinely thought those guys were just "trying to relate 🥺"
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:38 AM

brain rot moment
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:37 AM

Man it's weight loss city out there, kinda cool cultural shift My soapbox: obesity is a chronic medical illness. American society treats obesity and weight as an issue of morality, and it simply is not. Fuck "natural weight loss". Who gives a shit? Weight should be managed by doctors who treat through a combination of drugs and lifestyle recommendations. We don't demand that diabetics forgo insulin and that they treat themselves solely through changing lifestyle. Why tf should we do that with ob…

Yknow for a long time I just thought this whole male insecurity thing was just a talking point. But the things me and my friends have experienced while dating... and it's not only money related Like guys asking about ACT/SAT scores (at our big age) on a very early date, any mention of career being met with "oh yeah I thought about doing that but I decided it wasn't a good decision because xyz", guys straight up not understanding that we're actually in the major or career path that we say we're i…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:10 AM

oh that really sucks :/
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:06 AM

what are you TALKING ABOUT were you not like . 15
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:00 AM

I feel like asians are more bimodal than other races, my asian friends are generally really into drinking and all that
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 01:00 AM

I do that shit with roommates
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:58 AM

wtf how were you a druggie then
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:56 AM

That makes sense you're basically adjacent to asians
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:53 AM

I was a major bitch from a young age so I would've done some shit like blockade the door Depending on the culture you're from / what your parents are like, they can and will dictate every little step of your life. Gotta buck them off fast and establish boundaries
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:48 AM

So how many of y'all fr did not have friends in middle or high school? And Q4A: what were those years like for y'all?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:48 AM

damn I thought stoner high schoolers had a circle of stoners and also they were all fucking like band kinda
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:46 AM

People always say that and I think it's an overly dramatic take tbh. You have to factor for all the advantages of having roommates too. Plus you don't have to go with total randos off the street
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:44 AM

Yeah this is a rough question to even approach because we have to apply modern understandings of ethnicity to ancient humans, which is idiotic at best. Especially because the US generally defines middle eastern people as white
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:42 AM

I'm not following your logic honestly. I think you have to separate between brown (as in middle eastern or south asian) and black, first of all. or most of history you'd be discriminated against based on your race no matter where you ended up Is this true, though? Like throughout most of history I think south asian and middle eastern people generally stayed in that area. I feel like discrimination based on their race wasn't a part of every day life until they were surrounded by or under the empi…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:40 AM

Hmm I wish I knew more about ancient history to dig into this more. And if you think too much about what "white" means this gets complicated I guess you'd have to map out the major empires, the quality of life of the middle class and poor, how brutal the demise of the empire was, and then categorize the people by modern conceptions of race The quality of life part is huge because to my understanding a lot of nonwealthy white people lived in horrific, unsanitary conditions under major european em…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:34 AM

don't live alone oh my god. get roommates your age. 100%
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:28 AM

class clown? damn you must've had hoes in high school jestermaxxing is real and guys here underappreciate it
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:27 AM

"women moment" I would bet money that men are more likely to hold onto treasure troves of their ex's nudes
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:26 AM

Hmmm but you have to go percentage wise to maximize chances. Choosing a white guy could mean an upper class European in the 1700s, but it could also mean a jewish guy in 1935. Maybe I could get on board with the generic brown guy answer (like modern day equivalent of middle east or south asia) but I have to think when you look at world history overall, white people have been most successful empire wise
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:24 AM

That's crazy. He looks like a whole new guy. I really need to work on my hair
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:14 AM

Wait what if that's what you mean then the literal only answer is white male
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:12 AM

I feel like the objectively correct answer is white men born in the US at a time where they could maximally benefit from America's post-WWII economic advantage
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:09 AM

Grew up with a non-abrahamic religion but my parents were always chill about it. "Have a relationship with god and go worship occasionally" type beat without overly strict rules. Plenty of cultural guilt but it was not tied to religion at all in my upbringing I hate organized religion (I have the biggest complex with authority figures ever) but I still cherish my relationship with god
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:07 AM

I feel like a more interesting question is just "what would you pick" rather than specifically going for "highest chance of a good life"
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:04 AM

Boo religion boooo
/r/PurplePillDebate27/04/24 12:00 AM

I thought of something else I wanted to say more and I try not to have too many main comments close together in the daily thread

Sure, but it's nonsensical. Women here trend towards being educated with decent income, which are both negatively correlated with obesity

Sounds like women are more caring and friendly to each other than men are to each other
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 10:17 PM

No what I'm saying is that asian males and females go through equivalent education regimens -- the total sum of their education is equal. If the way that young children are taught inherently disadvantages men, then we would see a deficit in young asian male educational achievement *in comparison* to young asian females. But we do not see such a deficit in elementary and middle school.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 04:33 AM
2

I *am* asian. I'm saying that if girls were advantaged in early education because of how young children are taught, then within every race we would see a gap in performance. But we don't. (I'm saying compare within race, like Asian female vs male, white female vs male. That accounts for baseline disparities between races)
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 04:26 AM
32

Contrast this with men who go entirely off of their own tastes. hahahahahaha
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 02:52 AM

I mean yeah but asian american males and females are doing the same amount as each other in and out of the classroom

I made a comment far down this post with various studies showing that men, especially overweight ones, are not really able to estimate their attractiveness effectively. I can tag you in a comment on it if you want
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 02:36 AM
1

Do you believe that you have to be prettier and constantly self improve be as valuable and attractive as you can
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 02:27 AM
2

I would say that life slapped me in the face by the time I was 4 or 5. So I can't imagine that sort of thing. My friend commented on this sort of thing once -- people who are given unconditional support growing up without real expectations/goals or struggle at home generally have difficulty adapting to real life. Often times dating is that first big slap. Sometimes it's grade school friendships
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 02:23 AM
6

Then you should know how many women have difficulty finding self esteem from within and only viewing themselves as valuable if they are attractive as possible. And how many women have absolutely fucked relationships with food and their bodies.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 02:16 AM

Lmfao. The former. For sure. Have you met a woman ever?

How does early education favor female learning style? Asian American male children perform equally to Asian American female children in elementary and middle school (unlike whites/other races)

Yeah I can't even imagine having coddling parents to the point of being told that I'm special and sweet and all I have to do is be myself for someone to fall in love with me
/r/PurplePillDebate26/04/24 01:57 AM

Where in god's name did y'all go to school bruh Or who is shorter than her. No shit, did you not see how much guys who hit early growth spurts were treated in middle school? Especially if they were athletic? Most women still won’t pursue men We grew up with school dances, and guys pursuing and asking girls was absolutely the norm. To the point that we had Sadie Hawkins dances where the girl did the asking. This was 1 specific type of dance each year because the girl asking was absolutely not the…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:41 PM

Where the heck did y'all go to school bruh You heard that from other children? The famously not sweet and brutally honest children?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:33 PM

I still don't understand how a boy can go through middle and high school without easily seeing the impact of looks, confidence, status, charisma, and humor on a guy...
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:32 PM

What about the other children tho? Children are brutal to absolutely anyone and everyone, and social hierarchies based on looks, athleticism, charisma, confidence, etc are formed as early as elementary school and 6th grade
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:31 PM

I'm unsurprised by the mother part but the school part is very strange. Young kids are absolutely brutal and will tear apart anyone they can over the smallest things. The idea that the best looking and worst looking guys were talked about as equal is so at odds with my own experience of like 6th grade and older
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:29 PM

But does all this talk about "we were told that women don't care about looks, they want nice respectful guys, they just care about moral character unlike men" line up with your experience?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:27 PM

What? That's not true at all. Most people on Reddit are not from NYC or SF proper. The young people are heavily from suburban areas and many are from middle america
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:26 PM

Wilddd it's not like that in middle America at all. But tbf your experience is an outlier. The men here skew young and suburban
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:24 PM

Apparently they all also grew up homeschooled with no male authority figures and a mom, grandma, etc who told them over and over that they were sweet amazing boys who could get women by just being themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:22 PM

Lol and they're just responding to you with more lies
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:21 PM

Tbh I've heard guys and girls in school talk about the importance of confidence in guys since like 7th grade
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 10:19 PM

The trolling started several months ago when their baby was like 1 y/o, I have to imagine they were both in kind of a fragile state. Cruel imo
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 08:07 PM

"In 2024" they're literally high school sweethearts, she's been with him long before fame.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 08:02 PM

I mean you're not wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 08:01 PM

His looks are hardly a barrier...
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 08:00 PM

I think the whole "alpha widow" thing is men not understanding that a not uncommon scenario for a woman getting dickmatized is an unhealthy relationship. If a guy is pushing and pulling and being inconsistent, then that's equivalent to variable reinforcement, which we know from mice studies is very addictive. The swirling adrenaline, fear, confusion, all of it together can feel really intense and make the sex seem incredible (at least at the beginning). A healthy relationship will not and should…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 07:58 PM

They just gotta get with a woman with nipple piercings and they'll change their mind
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 07:51 PM

No no you're good. I get the joke now
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:32 PM

Nice, goth girls are hot. Some piercings and tattoos >>>
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:58 PM

I think this is where a lot of people are at, the reality is that they will continue killing each other for decades and there is nothing we, or even really the US govt, can do
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:56 PM

It's just a weird mindset I see on this sub like if you're attracted why does her BMI matter... it's not like men can guess a woman's weight to save their lives so like (hyperbolic I know)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:50 PM

Genuine question how have you as a biracial guy fared with emo, goth, alternative, indie, and witchy women? Any types that worked better?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:37 PM

damn a broken clock really is right twice a day
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:35 PM

why are you like this if you get so much attention from women
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:35 PM

Nichemaxxing is real and effective That picture is a nice look I like it
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:33 PM

Hmm you could be right
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:40 AM

It depends how premature but switching positions helps, taking breaks or doing something else, multiple rounds (second feels the best anyways), he can masturbate beforehand, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:38 AM

I'm ngl I would feel like shit if oral + PIV was never enough to get him off even without a condom
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:34 AM

Heavy on ego boost lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:32 AM

Yeah there's decently easy work arounds for premature ejaculation. Pain is worse
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:32 AM

I wonder if it destabilizes relationships tho
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:24 AM

It starts to hurt. I mean 10 minutes straight tho, of course it's better with breaks/switching it up
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:21 AM

Is it? Idk. Don't even know if having a threesome or whatever is good for couples
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:15 AM

Yeah more than 10 minutes can be a problem imo
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:13 AM

There can be issues with maintaining erection during sex
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:02 AM

i dunno what the fuck is yours (/s)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 05:00 AM

...no, just showing an array of women around that age and showing what average looks like
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:57 AM

no
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:54 AM

I think watching "Sex Lives of College Girls" the tv show would help in giving context, showing Renee Rapp and other women. Makes it clearer that she is not what average looks like.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:50 AM

Interesting. I have seen a few couples like this but I thought they were the exception.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:44 AM

No. I'm fr confused now. Yall actually think that this is what an average 24 year old looks like tho?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:34 AM

No. I've been told I kinda look like Ice Spice lol I'm not saying she's the next Margot Robbie or anything. But I'm in her age group and looking at her no makeup / less made up pics, she just is not what an average woman looks like
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:19 AM

Because men here are always talking about how women are chasing chads and not understanding what their actual looksmatch is, not understanding what the average man looks like. I'm in Renee Rapp's age group and she, just factually, is not what a "slightly better than average" woman looks like. The average carries more weight and has a less favorable fat distribution. Overall her body is simply not average. And the average woman has a worse face/is uglier.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:15 AM

Wtf weirdest comment I've gotten on this
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:08 AM

why are you lying tho like what's the point in feeding into this idea that she's actually average? especially when men here go on and on about women not knowing what average is for men
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:06 AM

https://www.fabmood.com/renee-rapps-aesthetic-odyssey/renee-rapp-outfits-3/ I think she basically doesn't have makeup or just like brow gel/pencil and a little concealer in this pic
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:03 AM

stop exposing our secrets
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 04:00 AM

... dude. come on. you know that is not at all what an average woman look like
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:58 AM

yuh
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:56 AM

I just googled her no makeup and idk how to say this exactly but that is not what an average woman without makeup looks like. At all
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:56 AM

weird
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:40 AM

Mhmm renee was pretty young when she was cast in broadway mean girls, she also got tons of shit and developed an eating disorder. And then when the Mean Girls movie trailer dropped a bunch of inkwells came out of the woodwork to call her fat and Avantika ugly. Very much telling on themselves
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:39 AM

yes.

This reads like fanfiction

In a broad sense I feel that weight and size wise, the guys here with zero/almost zero experience have crazy opinions and standards.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:18 AM

fuck off
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:07 AM

General population is overweight Exactly. Renee Rapp's a lot less made up than other stars, she doesn't really conform to those standards. She literally wears oversized t shirts and boy shorts during tour performances
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 03:05 AM

Think in terms of the general population, not just actresses.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:55 AM

Men who've spent too much time in pill and inkwell spaces think like this, tearing apart attractive women over silly perceived flaws. Normal people just go "ooga booga"
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:53 AM

The rational response would've been to acknowledge that she's 1) not fat and 2) very attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:49 AM

inkwells really out in full force lately I see
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:42 AM
7

It's not even close to a full face routine. The big changes come with foundation and contour.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:35 AM

I specified more than once that I was talking about social people...
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:31 AM

PPD men will go on and on about women not recognizing their league, trying to punch up, having no understanding of what average men look like, then turn around and describe Renee Rapp like this: I still stand by the point that she's on the bigger side, could even be fat in the past. She has that 'fat legs' thing where they are don't have much shape, just sort of cones with knock knees, meaty arms and a heavy face. She's kinda like out of shape Kairi Sane. What a joke. I suspected as much. https:…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:29 AM

That's interesting, what race(s) are these WOC?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:25 AM

Idk I thought poor people fuck a lot too but men here swear up and down that only men making 6 figs can have casual sex. Who knows what the truth is And honestly for social people, college can be a sexual free for all. Same with NYC and that definitely extends to people making 150k+
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:23 AM

oh nice nice
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:21 AM

And various ethnicities of men tend to overrate east asian women as well
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:19 AM

Yup, they want a skinny white woman lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:18 AM

aww
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:17 AM

Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:16 AM

Are you white? If yeah then duh of course you do best with Asian girls I don't have a huge preference any way, tho I'm pretty picky with white people and there's some demographics I'm not interested in. My history's heavy on asian guys, black girls, and gingers (their skin is so PALE like vampires)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:15 AM

Don't want to be too specific but let's just say a form of brown -- think middle eastern, north african, south asian
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:09 AM

Mmm you're right I did. I assumed that if you weren't white then you would've known that my original comment was true, not racist
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:09 AM

if you're in a diverse area literally go blink at a woman of color. Someone will fall on your dick honestly
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:04 AM

I think it definitely used to advantage even sub 5s but it's becoming less common now as people openly mock women of color, particularly asian women, who do stuff like that
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 02:03 AM

Because if they're young and in a diverse city or environment (like college) the reality is that they should be able to easily pull a looksmatch (or better) woman of color. So many POC overrate white people to an almost ridiculous extent. I've seen horrors, up to and including a skinny, decent looking woman of color dating a 5'2" m'lady fedora type white guy
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 01:52 AM

"You can't expect exclusivity until you have that conversation" is pretty status quo amongst Gen Z. You're going on dates --> exclusive --> in a relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 01:47 AM

This is why I have little sympathy for 5+/10 white young men here
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 01:41 AM

There's plenty of women of color around. Good looking men of color are fucking plenty, trust Also have to remember that a decent amount of POC add points onto white people just because they're white. Entirely possible that you saw a 6 and he saw an 8
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 01:02 AM

Ye I'm just saying ideally, especially for people who get with both men and women. Also the numbers change a lot when you limit to social, college educated, upwardly mobile people I think. My ex was objectively average face wise (tall tho) and that man was a hoe. Wasn't dumpster diving at all either
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 01:01 AM

I mean let's say a decent looking man or woman is single for 1 year postgrad in NYC, then is in a 2 year relationship, then is single for another year, then finds their forever person. Add in 1 from high school, some amount in college, and postgrad and I can definitely see a person with a healthy relationship with themselves and sex having an oral + PIV count of ~25. Especially when you factor for the sheer number of young people, esp in big cities, who experiment with men and women. And the fac…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:51 AM

Nah I mean if someone chooses not to have casual sex throughout their life
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:48 AM

I think unless someone finds their forever person pretty young or completely avoids casual sex, 5-15/20 people is probably an ideal mix of experiences. Maybe up to 25/30 if they are single living in like NYC or LA post grad (This number is including oral sex, unlike usual discussions)
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:39 AM

are you insane
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:22 AM
5

"Full face" half my friends don't even own foundation
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:21 AM

Mm I don't love the cut of it but I def need to buy some similar ~girls are out~ tops for this summer
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:20 AM

wack
/r/PurplePillDebate25/04/24 12:16 AM

fuck, probably have HIV too
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:42 PM

damn turns out I'm a whore
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:37 PM

100 is almost always indicative of some underlying issue (for both men and women). 1-20 could easily just be someone who really enjoys sex and has casual sex between relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:36 PM

there's a huge difference tho
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:29 PM

...? It's a mix
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:28 PM

A lot of women internalize slut shaming rhetoric and shame themselves tho
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:23 PM

If I'm wearing a going out top where the girls are OUT and girling then the respectful thing to do is look quickly and then look away Example of such a top: https://www.amazon.com/REORIA-Womens-Sleeveless-Backless-Workout/dp/B0CTJZBGRT?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ALV52DMTUSZYG
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:18 PM

nahh *-count
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:15 PM

Oh that's a lot. Definitely would not want to have a child with 100+ bodies
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:11 PM

No that's too dramatic
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:05 PM

oh that's chill
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:01 PM

When we're saying thot son thot daughter do we mean like 10-20 or 100
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 10:28 PM

yuhhh that's peak
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 10:19 PM

Now let's think about why talking about what the victim was wearing (or the victim's sexual history or whatever) is effective in swaying the opinions of juries
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 09:40 PM

Mm I wonder if that's true in the US. And I wonder how women's girth preferences compare to avg sizes
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 08:43 PM

only 5% of men are 6-6.5 inches or more ?? that can't be right
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 08:30 PM
2

ope lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 08:07 PM

yike
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:56 PM
2

Ok and
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:49 PM
11

...yes. Just like how people in the US complaining about food deserts are valid even thought there are people legit starving in parts of the third world
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:45 PM
5

Have you considered that almost this entire sub is first world problems
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:45 PM

Doubt on 7-8 being ideal for most women. Other studies have found 6 - 6.5 being ideal and that sounds about right. And yeah below 5 is a problem
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:35 PM

6.4 vs 6.3 lol
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:29 PM

I mean there's a middle ground between short dick and gigantic/pounding cervix
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 07:27 PM

There's a range but some of those men are definitely on the same level as her. Young white men tend to add points for East Asian women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 05:07 AM

She's not a 3/10, especially when you consider that young white men have a tendency to add points for East Asian women.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 05:04 AM

That's wild, I've never been able to understand the viewpoint of some men here that they'll just give up on society, ambition, and career altogether
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:51 AM
2

b8
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:46 AM

Yeah single. I'm sure I'll feel like that once I'm in a relationship. I don't really want to sleep with lots of different people tbh. I had two FWBs last year and that was ideal. But if counting men and women I'm getting too close to double digits to keep doing that
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:45 AM

unrealistic depending on your definition of hairy
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:40 AM

I definitely like some lean muscle, but a skinny look overall. I've tried but I'm really just not attracted to guys with upper body bulk
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:34 AM

The high N women I know just really enjoy sex Tbh if I wasn't deathly scared of getting genital herpes I'd probably be high N
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:06 AM

Mm I'm sure it does work yeah. I'm really not attracted to buff guys at all but I'm sure I'm an outlier
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 12:00 AM

Damn
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:52 PM

I think guys make the mistake of thinking that a left swipe = thinking a guy isn't attractive or tall enough For a few days I tried swiping right on most guys that I thought "ooh he's kinda cute" without applying other criteria and got hit with such an avalanche of matches and messages that the whole app feels unusable now You really have to apply a set of harsh criteria (sensible or not) and get caught up in your sense of an ideal partner to make these apps usable. There's a reason I usually on…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:51 PM

Bisexual women can be normal weight girly girls. So can alternative women tbh especially if they're the indie type
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:47 PM

I dunno what to tell you. Textbook. Been hearing it since middle school
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:43 PM

That's silly. I think girls with some tats, piercings, heavy eyeliner are hot asf, but okay fine that's definitely a niche. Bisexual women? Doesn't make much sense to eliminate them entirely unless you're religious or something. And sure obese women aren't attractive generally but overweight BMI with favorable fat distribution? C'mon now
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:38 PM

I don't really understand your confusion honestly. Yes, many women do view some lean muscle as *ideal*. But skinny guys, including ADHD guys who can't really put on muscle, can be and are attractive tho. Comes down to a cute face imo Actually, lanky men are a niche. Tall, skinny men tend to be liked by women who are alternative/emo or bisexual or plus size. And I don't think "not attracted to masculinity" is a fair characterization. Plenty of young alternative or bisexual women are into guys who…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:36 PM

You're meaning to link to the comments right? Which explained that the post title was seriously misleading?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:24 PM

Hmm 110? That's like legit underweight for most guys right? I remember when my 5'8"/9" guy friends in high school talked about feeling too skinny they were like 130 pounds. I'll agree that women generally don't like underweight guys. I meant more the Timothee Chalamet, Machine Gun Kelly, Pete Davidson type. Lanky guys. They tend to be a niche liked by alternative/emo, bisexual, or plus size women. There's also an idea amongst women that skinny guys, especially tall skinny guys, have big dicks. I…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:20 PM

Honestly do you think any of those women were trying to hit on you? "Did you eat today? Did you drink water?? You need to eat and take care of yourself!! You're so skinny!!" type stuff seems pretty textbook hitting on someone/expressing attraction to me
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:08 PM

Hmm I'll agree on the prefer aspect -- a lot of young women like the lean with some arm and back muscle aesthetic. But plenty are also attracted to legit skinny guys. A lot of young guys nowadays are on ADHD meds like Adderall. Those meds make appetite plummet and they end up pretty skinny. At least at the college level they really don't suffer with women tho
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:06 PM

Not just looking at the guy but after like 1-2 conversations or a little time just being around him, I've definitely felt intense + spontaneous lust. Permanent blush on my face, ~things are flowing~, etc. These guys are definitely my type and have cute faces but they're hardly 6'0+ jacked chads. I feel like a lot of women feel intense lust for men (and not just the top 10% of men) but few women feel that within a second of looking at a guy.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 11:00 PM

I'm most likely to get overwhelmed and just close the app or continue swiping to pass the time Otherwise I'll apply a few hard criteria that filter really heavily, which is usually going for guys at my school and/or in fields that compliment my interests I feel like women commonly do this sort of thing to artificially limit their options and create a workable pool tbh. Some limit to only their own ethnicity, guys of a certain height, career, etc. The apps almost force you to use restrictive crit…
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:51 PM

Yup exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:47 PM

Wut
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:21 PM

Are you graduating next month or do you have more time?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:19 PM

This whole "women want jacked roided men!!1!1!" thing is a huge example of PPD men having selective hearing. How can y'all know about the number of women who like lanky guys? Or guys with light muscle but no bulk? Or guys who are skinny to the point of looking like the wind will carry them away? Pretty boys have been in for the past several years, I can't even go to big social events nowadays without seeing attractive skinny straight men wearing rings or simple chains or earrings or nail polish.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:08 PM

I don't even understand how men can say things like this, do y'all not hear the number of women who are into lanky or skinny pretty boys? How could men like Timothee Chalamet and Harry Styles be considered jacked? Young Leonardo DiCaprio? Younger Dylan O'Brien (LOML)? Andrew Garfield?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 10:04 PM

80% of men are not being left out. lol
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 09:53 PM

Yes especially if he's around my age. So traumatizing to lose a parent that young
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 08:32 PM

Weed shouldn't be used regularly, especially if it's being smoked because of effects on the lungs. Edibles are a lot better in that respect. Yeah. Nah. For most people the social benefits of alcohol outweight the risks of moderate intake. We need to be able to approach health risks rationally rather than trying to eliminate all negative behaviors.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 08:09 PM

When I say hookups I mean any form of casual sex, from FWB to ONS
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:23 PM

I'm not talking about ease. Straight casual sex has all sorts of issues in terms of communication and meeting what everyone wants out of the encounter (physically and mentally).
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:19 PM

Damn, I guess I didn't really swipe on guys so I don't really know what straight Hinge looks like
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:15 PM

Heterosexual casual sex might just be unworkable, too steeped in gender issues and politics. The lesbian and gay hookup scenes are so much better
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 07:11 PM

Interesting. I'm a WOC and do miles better with women on Hinge vs other dating apps, but maybe I'm an outlier.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:57 PM

Women tend to be pretty hesitant about sending likes, especially to men. I paid for a week of Hinge+ (unlimited likes) and it was definitely worth it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:55 PM

I meant the former. I was thinking about how young men are more likely than young women to have very limited social circles
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:51 PM

If you're a young person spend that money on Hinge tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:50 PM

Facts
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:49 PM

Yeah young women's socialization got hit pretty hard in the past few years
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:48 PM

Do you think that men and women need to have equal social skills in order to make same gender friends? I'm inclined to think yes
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 06:45 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:57 AM

Okay but how about your actual experiences with these women
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:50 AM

Intriguing Which women were the least forward when they wanted to hook up? And how do class and political ideology play in?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:49 AM

Hmm I could DM you a more in depth analysis/explanation if you want
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:39 AM

And Stacies!
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:34 AM

In my culture mother in laws have historically been some of the biggest upholders of patriarchy and the biggest torturers of their daughter in laws. This isn't exactly unusual for the area they grew up in.

Weird ass question. Family members in my parent's generation. The 13 and 20s thing is just a fact tho I've seen their marriage photos
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:09 AM

Q4W: What do you think of this whole "average women are chasing guys out of their league who are pumping and dumping them" narrative? Do you think this is happening on any sort of large scale with women throughout their 20s?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 03:03 AM

This is overdramatic, I'm assuming you live in the US. White people are the beauty standard. They are treated as more attractive. Every brown or black woman has experienced the same thing in terms of not being viewed as attractive as white women. There's no point in stressing over it.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 02:59 AM

...yes. That's life.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 02:47 AM

No. That is simply not how evolution works. Change in allele frequency throughout the population almost always takes many generations. The idea that birth rates will self correct is also silly because in the next generation we're going to see all sorts of issues like social security collapsing
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 01:06 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:34 AM

How do you know that we're talking about different types of attractiveness...? But yeah the women I know are like 22-24 But it's not just the top 10% that have rosters full of hot men and women
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:13 AM

I'm still not a fan of men going on and on about how much they hate Western women and how submissive 3rd world girls are sooo much better. But I've definitely become a lot more sympathetic to guys here who genuinely can't attract women and make a legitimate attempt to meet women in a place where they will inherently be viewed more positively.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:12 AM

Going off scales online I'm definitely not commenting on 5s Stacy doesn’t have a roster. Lol. What do you think hot sorority girls are doing?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:09 AM

I'm unclear on what a Stacy looks like vs a Becky Going off the scales online, the women I run with are generally 6.5+, the ones with rosters of both men and women were prob 7.5+
/r/PurplePillDebate23/04/24 12:06 AM

If we define lesbian experiences super broadly to include kissing a woman while drunk at a party, then I agree. Otherwise I don't agree, that doesn't fit with my observations in high school, college, and postgrad life.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:58 PM

I don't have a ton of sympathy for grown women in long term committed relationships who are not able to advocate for what they want. Or women who are consistently faking orgasms. If the guy just isn't listening then he needs to be kicked to the curb At the end of the day no one is coming to save us. We have to save ourselves.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:55 PM

They don't just masturbate to gay porn, they hook up with guys and say they're actually straight Any gay guy can tell you the sheer number of DL/closeted/publicly straight guys that are trying to get with them I also knew a ton of out bi guys in college

I got poison lol My descriptors include "cut to the chase" "crying doesn't help" "consequentialist" and "i'm the best"

If they're Gen Z, it's better to assume they're not straight. With men too tbh
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:48 PM

The idea that attractive young women in big coastal cities are chasing commitment from "Chads" + getting pumped and dumped, rather than having their own roster of Chads and Stacies, is funny to me Source: Spent a weekend in NYC with a bunch of yuppies recently

The first person I fell in love with (a woman) was decidedly not my type. I definitely did not think of her that way at first. But she became beautiful to me. I don't think this is relevant to OLD and meeting strangers, though. When you're just around a person without the pressure of dating that attraction can for sure grow.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 11:26 PM

I've held a decent amount of side jobs and it's never been an avenue for dating/getting laid tbh. 100% agree that young people should do it tho, good for building responsibility

it's really only the wine that matters

more than anything Gen Z needs to be getting outside and expanding their social circles. especially the ones in school.

"Waiting for marriage" while doing everything but PIV is stupid and nonsensical Unless you're getting engaged at like 21 it's stupid to wait until marriage (29+ y/o on average), you're throwing away prime years of physical and sexual intimacy for zero reason This is especially true for people who aren't sure about kids / the whole traditional white picket fence lifestyle
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/24 01:57 AM

later in that video and in the comments they explained how this was not a normal pat down and did not follow general guidelines.
