I was once SO frightened of being fucked over by a female stranger that I didn't try to clear her airway or perform CPR. I called 911 like I was legally required to and invoked my Rights to self protection from diseases after I got charged for not doing more. The DA violated the law and my Rights for charging me with a crime that doesn't exist. She died. I am ~91% sure I could have saved her life if not for the terror of THIS happening to ME.
