As a feminist, I fucking love men. A large part of what I talk about is how the patriarchy hurts men. I think you've been shown a false representation of what feminists are actually like.

Honestly as a feminist in feminist spaces the only time I've seen someone complain about manspreading is that one buzzfeed video in 2016 and buzzfeed sucks

And that's how you measure oppression? 🤔

I think about it this way: mysoginy is like a weapon that can be used by men against women, by women against men, by men against other men and by women against other women. But the weapon is still, in each case, mysoginy. I am a feminist who speaks alot on how men are hurt by the patriarchy, and if you actually spent some time in feminist spaces you will find that most feminists do.

Nobody is wanting men to die. I personally love men, but I think the hypothetical is interesting to show how alot of the things ppl said they'd do (walk down the street without feeling scared etc) is stuff that men get to do on a regular basis.

The thing is the actual answers to this question are mostly just... Walk down the street without being scared. It's not saying we should get rid of men at all but it does kind of highlight the things that men could take for granted :(

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
