1	Discovery and interrogatories I was Googling some more, and I came across THIS 3-page PDF. It's pretty interesting reading. The last page has some good advice about objecting to discovery. –	Discovery and interrogatories First, it's perfectly normal to object to discovery demands. In fact, HERE is a handy list. But keep in mind, you can't object simply because you don't like the question. The objection must be specific. Example: Plaintiff objects because the identification, photocopying, and production of the requested documents would be oppressively burdensome and costly.
