I've tried to force myself to get back into the dating game, but it just takes too much effort for me to sit there and have irrelevant conversations with a woman that I don't know or have no interest in getting to know. You're going through what I went through. I'm twice divorced and near into my 40's. I did everything I could in those relationships. Spent thousands of dollars & emotional investment on the marriages through the yrs. Showed them I cared. Took care of them when they were sick and paid for everything. None of it mattered. They left anyway and acted as though I did nothing.
