Feminism is not consistently misandric across the board. Absolutely it is, By that logic of unsubstantiated generalisations, it's accurate to say anti-feminism is consistently misogynistic across the board. literally routine all over the west even in law Which laws are you talking about? Women couldn't even open their bank accounts without a parent or husband's permission until barely 50 years ago & you think feminists have massive amounts of power within governments lmao

Yeah are centering your conclusions primarily around online rhetoric & online interactions, which is not reality. . How incredibly sexist to dismiss women's lack of ability to control their own bodies as nothing more than "online rehortic" Says a lot that you don't think that's a big deal

I don't know what the fuck "blackpillers" are This is what I was talking about in another comment; You are centering your conclusions primarily around online rhetoric & online interactions, which is not reality or an accurate overview of irl society. And you have misinterpreted "my logic" as you put it, wrong. My point is you are defining the silent majority of the entire movement by the vocal radical minority. That completely differs from PUAs or whatever other whiny sexist groups, because thei…

The fascists are in the white house because the Democrats No, the fascists are in the white house because the majority of Americans voted for them. I only know a bit about what the democrat campaign stuff was & whilst I completely disagreed with some of what I was aware of, it would NEVER make me vote for Putin's little bitch & Project 2025. If you are so affected by whatever rehortic was used that you voted for literal fascists, that's just a spineless fucking excuse to hide your actual intenti…

North America isn't the world, nor am I American or Canadian. You took bodily autonomy rights for half the population & made Trump president TWICE. You're complaining about feminism when you have fascists in the white house.

Your country removed the bodily autonomy rights of half the population & it's a crime to have a miscarriage & or to help someone attain an abortion in some states. Trump won both the electoral college & the popular vote...Why is it a surprise to you that feminist rehortic has stepped up a level when you put a supporter of Project 2025 in the white house?

Saying Ask ChatGPT is literal part of the problem. Yeah are centering your conclusions primarily around online rhetoric & online interactions, which is not reality. stating "if you are a feminist and don't hate men, you are on the fringe" is the most perfect example of this.

You guys are far more obsessed with ironically doing the exact same thing you are accusing feminists of, than actually doing any form of "advocacy for men" Advocacy for a specific group involves advocating for the group, yet this sub is entirely based on making sweeping generalisations; this post has proved that by trying to make out some business owner of media website is somehow a leader of the entire feminist movement., like wut. Feminism is a movement, not an organisation; it doesn't have "l…

what a fantastically incorrect statement - please explain how first/second/third wave feminism isn't left wing?

The left does not have zero power in this country If the left had power in the united states they would have been able to stop bodily autonomy rights being removed from half the population. You have a russian puppet & a billionaire neo Nazi running your country & you are whining about the left like it's the biggest enemy ever, get a fucking grip

Trump won the electoral college & the popular vote right? Your entire country is pro-trump. You made a fragile ego'd russian puppet president of the united states. Get your heads out your arses & fight the fascists instead of whining about the left that literally has zero power in your country.

You are literally comparing this sub with all the middle east theocracies, east asian fake democracies, indian caste system, african forced labor and warlords. hahahaha I'm comparing to actual left wing places like here in the UK or you know, the rest of western Europe or Canada or Australia or New Zealand lol Left wing countries have equal bodily autonomy rights for women for a start; your country is literally morphing into Gilead. Funny you mention all those places when you lot have literally …

no the general politics here are usa-centric & not left wing by any other standards in the world. Thinking the democratic party is "left wing" is perfect evidence of that considering anyone else in the world they would be centre-right or centrist at most. If this sub was actually left wing, there would be a much louder pushback against pro-trump sympathetic posts like this. It's as the initial comment stated - the hate for feminism is so strong, that support will be given to people indescribably…

AHH hang on, I'm getting him mixed up with Nick Fuentes lol I'm not a yank so I certainly don't know who the "virginia state delegate" is haha.

And a chunk of people who think like that are members of this sub. Calling this sub "Left Wing" at this point is just straight up gaslighting from what I have seen over the last few months. This sub is way more about hating feminism, than uplifting men and hating the "left" than ever actually being apart of it. The mods are either epic cowards or actually running this sub exactly as intended & used a certain sub name to pull people in to manipulate.

32 yr old British guy here, self-employed, working class, live in a city in the north of England. What you have described throughout in your comment, is not something I recognise or feel like I experience. You are more than likely getting that information through the lens of American news media & let me tell you, we have our issues with news media here in the UK, but the biases you guys have in US news media is absolutely fucking insane. There are plenty of issues both cultural & societally but …

Crazy you've been downvoted for literally stating a fact. Yes people, the statistics put together for a report about violence against women & girls did in fact feature data in which men were the abuse victims (mixture of both male & female perpetrators) It was widely reported on in the UK, because obviously that is a major fuck up.

100% worth watching No idea why so many here are taking such personal offence to its existence, especially considering the cultural impact it has had so far in this country & has the chance to push forward some changes. Lots of people here clearly want to tell you it's a "man=bad" show which it categorically isn't; it's a hell of a lot more complex than that. ( & doesn't even do the whole "men=bad" narrative anyways )

Hang on you're spreading your own version of bullshit here The actual real life murderer who inspired this was beaten and abused in Uganda as a child and ended up in foster care as a teen and already had issues with pathlogical violence, self harm and suicidal behaviour when he was 12 years old. Are you trying to imply that the Southport killer is the inspiration for the show? Because that is categorically false, especially because the show was already in production, when that happened. (They st…

Congrats on being successful swayed by right wing propaganda you bunch of fucking morons. please explain how simping for a fascist scumbag who wants to keep you as wage slaves, hyper locked into traditional gender roles is "left wing" or "male advocacy" You Americans really do deserve the administration yeah you have & the harm that it is going to cause to you all.
