When you take the first five percentages into account, the sixth kind of makes sense.

When I was 12, a 16 year old girl grabbed my ass on a cruise. I didn't even have a nice ass. I guess I got those bad ass genes, because the experience made my day.

I'm glad to hear you're erring on the side of caution. Good luck to you. I'm sure your son will be just fine.

I see. I think I understand better now. You would wish for T_D to become a forum for people to criticize and discuss Trump and his policies freely, acknowledging that the die-hard users of T_D would likely seek refuge in another space rather than sticking around to have civil discussions with new users. I have a couple of questions. First, I'm wondering about the effect that making T_D default would have on its mod staff and their attitude towards outside users. They don't tolerate outside opini…

I didn't know that. So if it were five or six years ago T_D would be a default subreddit? That's interesting. I found back when /r/atheism was a default that its ideas permeated the rest of the site. I wonder to what extent that would be true if T_D had been a default for all of this time.

That's an interesting thought, but I think we have to consider who we're dealing with. If TD became a default and as a result the sub was infiltrated by a bunch of non-devotees who disrupted their echo chamber, then don't you think the subreddit's previous user base would just jump ship and make another subreddit, no doubt using the "brigade" of their former home as fuel for their delusions? TD is obviously a popular subreddit, but that doesn't mean there's any merit in having a sub dedicated to…

I think a lot of people forget that this website isn't just used by Americans. It's true that the rest of the world was very interested in the election and in Trump, more so than with previous elections I would say, but it still doesn't make sense to make a US specific subreddit part of the default content on a website that markets itself as the front page of the Internet. When I consider atheism used to be a default subreddit it seems sort of crazy to me. Not everyone is an atheist and to have …

I was like your son. I had a phimosis surgery at age 5. Afterwards the doctors told my parents I had to routinely retract it. It hurt so I didn't do it. My parents then had to pin me down and do it for me. This was traumatic for me. They eventually gave up and said I could address it in a couple years. This made me incredibly anxious and the anxiety has never left me. At age 14 my foreskin was still tight and the doctors said I had to be circumcised, so I was. I have significant mental scarring.…

That sounds a little bit "rapey" to me.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
