11 to 7:30 sounds like a good amount of sleep. 11 to 6 is only 7 hours, it depends on the person but that wouldn't be enough sleep for me. The solution would be to go to bed earlier. " Problem is... I'm just not able to." You control and are responsible for your own behavior. You can get up earlier if that's what you decide to do.

I was making a disgusted face by the time I finished reading this post. "You're not the kind of woman I imagined myself with," comparing you to Instagram models...he is the one digging the grave for intimacy in your marriage. Honestly he sounds like one of those guys who doesn't understand that most women don't look like the girls he sees on Instagram.

I sobbed the whole time. I honestly realized within this whole week that I'm so much more attached than I thought I was. You're experiencing the post-breakup oxytocin withdrawal. It will make you lose your mind and not think clearly. At the very least give it some time and don't make any decisions during the post-breakup emotional storm. It sounds like he is caught up in it too. To me it sounds like you broke up with him for good reason, and sending you hurtful messages just because he was hurt …

I can relate to this a lot. My relationship wasn't quite as good as your's, but I remember feeling this horrible trapped feeling when I imagined marrying my ex. As I've read more about Red Pill philosophy, I've seriously started to consider if it is a woman's fate to feel a bit trapped with a "nice" guy, aka a guy fit to marry. I read some statistic that revealed a huge percentage of women felt like they didn't "truly" love their husbands on their wedding day. I don't really know how to advise. …

He's the one who frowned and put her shirt back on, how was she supposed to not ask him what's wrong after that?

You definitely did the right thing leaving. For future reference, though,, there is a way to remove yourself from these kinds of situations with more dignity. You should have simply put your clothes back on, wished him a good night, and left.

The best "revenge" you can get on a worked up ex is showing you are indifferent to them. Ignore him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
