Not necessarily. You're allowed to point out that an opinion of one person doesn't follow the majority opinion of a group without being a fallacy. The fallacy is more nuanced. And sometimes we have to understand not everything is a formal argument.

To be fair, basically any educated feminist would also agree an opinion like the one in this tweet is stupid. Father's Day isn't an issue, especially since there's a Mother's Day. That's the problem with the internet now, people look for and hold up the dumbest people's opinions as if they represent that group as a whole. There are actually signs that say that there is work going on in the area that don't say "men". And I feel like this sub should actually be ok with this and agree with feminists. Having a sign that says "men" in a way furthers a stereotype that it's a job only for men when if someone can do the job then gender shouldn't matter. I mean, Republicans did the same thing but in reverse. Before the election they were talking about an armed rebellion. Now that Trump won they're saying everyone should be peaceful and come together to support the president. People hate losing, especially if it's something this heated and when it's a weird situation like Trump losing the popular vote but still winning.
