'extreme risks' is subjective. what is 'extreme' for you may not be for others. seems kinda silly to create an entire philosophy based on something as subjective as that.

isn't there risk in just about every activity we do as a species? if we're going to base our actions based on the possible risks, we might as well not bother getting up from bed in the morning.

You get punched in the jaw for talking to people in the queue? Again, you must live in one shitty ass place.

Oh yeah, totally creepy. I'm a guy and I think it's creepy. But hey, got nudes, right?

You see, I just don't think I have the confidence to send nudes to a chick I just met. But if it worked for you, more power to you!

Nah. If anything, dating and hooking up was much easier in high school. Aside from this specific date, at your age, you should focus on building as large a circle of friends as you can. Most of the girls you meet will be friends of friends. That being said, there is nothing stopping you from being successful with this girl. The arcade as a back-up plan sounds like a good idea.
/r/seduction21/11/18 10:47 AM

Ah, sorry, couldn't tell how old you are. Just out of curo. how old are you guys? Because if there's one thing I've learned about game is that you apply a different approach depending on your age range. Like game at high school is a completely different animal than, say, game at 30.
/r/seduction21/11/18 10:30 AM

Well you're not really going to spend much time with her to begin with. Or were you planning on talking to her while you guys watch the movie? I'd say take the risk and if the movie is not available, have a back up plan to go to a bar or something. Movies are a bad setting for a first date anyways since you can't use any actual game (please don't be that guy who talks during the movie). Take the risk, watching the movie is not the priority here. Unless you really want to watch the movie...

tease them (slightly), try to talk about sexual topics (subtly), and engage in (smart) physical contact every once in a while. for example: if you guys are talking about body modifications (tattoos/piercings), try to steer the conversation to talk about piercings in naughty areas, or ask her if she has any tattoos in more private areas. this is, of course, after you've built up some rapport with her and she is comfortable with you. if you start talking like this with every woman you meet for the…

It really isn't any different than seducing a 'dumb' girl. The only thing that changes is the small talk you have right before you start flirting. After that, it's pretty much the same.

How are they wasting your time? So if someone talks to you and doesn't bang you, they are wasting your time? This is probably why their automatic response is, "I got a boyfriend". They probably think "this guy is fun to talk to but is so god damn desperate".

Unfortunately, in today's dating/mating market, an autistic man without marketable skills--without the social nor cognitive ability to gain such--is going to be hapless. Can you tell me who would date such a man? Who would be interested in hooking up with guys like that? that still doesn't give the guy the right to blame women for his short comings.
/r/seduction23/09/18 02:27 AM
2

So because your autistic, you're going to blame women? That still is a complete lack of self-accountability. What about the guy born with crab hands? How many women do you think want to hook up with a guy with lobster claws for hands? And did he go around blaming women for not hooking up with him? Probably for a bit, but then put on a pair and actually managed to get married (twice!) and have a kids. If lobster boy can get laid and have kids, an autistic guy can as well. Don't give me that shit.
/r/seduction21/09/18 10:43 PM
5

I really can't understand how men can come to the conclusion that blaming women is the only option left after years of being shit at talking to women. It's the ultimate form of complete lack of self-accountability.

I have depression and anxiety as well. But what I am doing differently than you is trying my damnest (because its hard) to have a third person perspective about myself. Seriously. Go over what you said in the beginning and tell me if that sounds like someone you would like to hang out with? If I, a person with a chronic pain condition that leaves me bed ridden, while dealing with manic depression, can get laid, you can too. You just have to, literally, get that stick out your ass and stop being …

Eh. Could be misconstrued as passiveaggressive, but this isn't the worst thing you could have done. Basically, their friend will be your test. You have to get them having fun at the same time. Short story time: I got a girls number and we set up a date. She asks me if its okay if she brings friends, I say okay. When I go to pick her up, who do I see? The girl, her older brother, and a mutual (between them) guy friend. Surely, if she brought along her older brother and another guy, then I am "jus…

it's always an awkward affair when I try. So now I just don't enjoy talking to strangers and have very little interest in doing so, even though I know I should. it's a vicious cycle, really. the less you do it, the worse you get at it and make it even more awkward. and the more awkward it gets, the less interest you have in it. my piece of advice? embrace the awkwardness dude. you're going to die. either in the next couple of minutes because of some infarction you never saw coming or in the next…

I just genuinely do not want to surround myself with stuff like that or involve myself with people like that. so in your area there are only people who do drugs? and even if they ALL do drugs, there are other activities they do. just because you meet someone doesn't mean you're tied to that person for the rest of your life and you have to follow them around everywhere. just sayin', there is more people than just whether they do drugs or not. and if you think about it, they can no be different th…

It honestly sounds like an simple attitude adjustment could completely change things up. It sounds simple but it takes a lot of work on your part, so its up to you to decide if it will be worth it. let me elaborate. i'm close-minded, too comfortable in my own spot/zone this sums it up. it's like the songs say, girls just wanna have fun. and there is no way a person who " stay away from crowds I'm not comfortable with and I don't really do much except stay at home and come out when my friends wan…

they don't hate you. they don't even think about you. i can promise you that you are already forgotten. except for those girls you ask to unmatch you. in which case, you'll be lumped with all the other desperate 'nice' guys they've met. you're not practicing seduction and it sounds like your not putting any effort into it. essentially, you are whining because you have done nothing differently and are upset that nothing is changing.

based on what you have said in this thread, you have in fact heard feedback. but that doesn't mean you were listening. you're trapped in the same place because you've been approaching this all wrong from day one and refuse to change. I just literally wish I get killed by a hot girl one day. Okay, tell me, why the fuck would any woman be attracted to a guy who thinks like this? "I just wish I could meet a guy who was desperate for female attention", said no woman EVER.
/r/seduction01/09/18 06:58 PM

Because I get their names and check their Facebook accounts, and sure enough they are telling the truth, they really do have BOOOOOOOOY FUCKING FRIENDS! dude, what. the. fuck. it doesn't matter if they lied to you or not. if they tell you they aren't interested, fucking move on with your life.

I hate to break it to you princess, but you're just not that important. for most people tinder, OKC, and all that other shit are just killing time. and ghosting, most of the time, is done because they forgot about it. You're like a door-to-door salesman who feels offended that people don't want to take the time out of their day to hear your pitch. Seriously, change your attitude or get used to that feeling of failure, because it's going to be your best buddy for a loooooong time.
/r/seduction01/09/18 06:54 PM

No, I want them to do it so I know they are for sure done with me. Good god man. I promise you, they are already done with you the moment you sent them that message. Even if they didn't unmatch you, I promise you, you will not be getting any from them.

Im literally going to tell the next girl I talk to, to just roast me as harshly as she can and to do her worst, and make sure I am given enough motivation to face the rope. shit dude, might as well just tell them you're desperate for female attention.

Well if you've been on the app for 2 years with very minimal success and now you are convinced it's because your face is ugly since tinder is totally looks based. fuckin' A dude, then get off tinder. go meet women in the real world.
/r/seduction01/09/18 06:46 PM

dude, it's an online dating app, no one (should) takes those seriously. all you're doing is telling women you're insanely desperate. EDIT: guys, as bad as OP's approach to women may be, we shouldn't be downvoting. If anything, this post should be made as visible as possible so that other guys like him may learn a lesson. by hiding this post, we are just going to end up promoting this behavior.

Do you guys think this girl is actually interested and is going to message more or should I message her? I feel like I've ignored her too much. Sounds like she just wants attention and wants you to be the chump who is going to give it to her. Let her message you. Be friendly but firm about your intentions. I wouldn't hold out hope on something working out with her, because she doesn't strike me as the type who is actually interested in you romantically.

Really? This is the last subreddit I visit on my daily reddit perusal, so I wouldn't be surprised if I just didn't notice. One would think that a place like this is an anti-thesis to what incels preach? We promote self-empowerment through self-improvement. Most incels I've had the displeasure of interacting with seem to be sure that they were chosen from birth to be failures.

If you get tatted up for pick up, you will not only end up regretting the tattoo, but you won't get any girls. This is the epitome of being result dependent, the characterization of being desperate.

Girls are not interested in what video games you play or what you watch on Netflix. Those activities, for most college girls, sound boring and if they get the impression that that is the extent of your social life, then they definitely won't get interested in you. Guidance counselor questions (what's your major, how do you like your classes, how are your grades going) are what her parents ask her. Don't remind her of her parents when you are trying to have fun with her. These should be your abso…

So he could get away with telling this story over and over again. If your question meant, how did he work it so that women were not turned off by his inexperience, then that's something I can only speculate on. In case it wasn't clear what I implied, he was in fact not a virgin and was actually good at talking to girls and making friends with th…

I honestly doubt it was the virgin thing that sealed the deal (or, unsealed it?), but rather it was that you came off as too nice. I had a friend in college that used the "I'm still a virgin/ I've never kissed a girl" story line to have great success with women. He must have had several girls a week, "taking his virginity". It's all about how you carry yourself, even if you really are a virgin.

Do you think in OPs case, a drunken club slut might be a better alternative? I've found with guys that are either late bloomers or not having any luck with women in their 20s, their biggest issue is becoming clingy even at the moment they meet the girl. A one night stand, even if emotionally unfulfilling, forces them on the path of "not giving a fuck". While getting lucky with an LTR on their first try causes them to stop practicing since they get comfortable. But that might just be my experienc…

Aside from what everyone else is telling (which is all good stuff), the worst thing you can do is dwell on the your bad luck with women. You will overthink stuff, worsening your approach anxiety, and ultimately leading to your failure. Establishing the "not give a fuck" attitude and carrying it with you into the field is the best thing you can do.
/r/seduction06/05/18 08:52 PM

She could and she couldn't. based on what you wrote, chances are likely that she wants you to make a move. some women are confused though, so don't take it too hard if she rejects your advances.

/r/seduction09/03/18 07:31 PM

can't stress enough how important it is you go after other women and how this might change her mind. being in demand by other women is the easiest way to make yourself more attractive. i've had women who hated me one night (because I was friends with their "nemesis") hook up with me the next night just because I was talking to all the other girls at the party and making them laugh/ have a good time.
/r/seduction09/03/18 08:13 AM

somewhat related, but there is this word in Japanese (can't recall for the life of me) for the clarity that comes to a man's mind after orgasm that allows one to think clearly without the distractions of sex. while I don't think one will get super powers by abstaining from sex and masturbation (don't tell /r/no_fap), there is definitely a moment of clarity one can only achieve after orgasm, which temporarily removes that gene-deep desire to procreate. if we could only maintain this state of mind…

nice write up. it was so good I was concerned there would be a "here's a link to my book/boot camp" at the end there. well done on the write up, good sir. only part I disagree with is picking up writing. I think that for some people, that would work great. And if it works for you, all the more to you. but it's a form of meditation and everyone has their different ways of meditating that work for them.

In economics this principle is called sunk cost. sunk cost fallacy. A cost that has already incurred and can’t be recovered or changed This is sunk cost so don’t waste future thoughts/resources on it. this is the outcome of recognizing the fallacy

besides throwing compliments on their shoes to maybe 5 girls there's your problem. 10+ years ago, this was a unique opener. but now? fucking... even Batman vs. Superman mocked guys who used this line. honestly, the best lines are no lines. Example: I was in a new city and in line at the post office. Saw a cute girl waiting in line with me, so I said "I'm new to town... is the post office usually this slow?" And just with that, I opened her up. We talked about why I'm there, why she is there, if …

So the situation I'm in - working 9-5, tiny social circle from (all boys) HS I thought you were 23 and just out of uni? If you are implying your past is holding you back, then you are approaching this all wrong. Clear that up for me. nowhere to really meet them Go out with your boys to the bar/club on the weekends. Take strolls out during lunch breaks. Sign up for dance, cooking, etc. classes. Anything that women like to do as well (avoid trying to pick them up at the gym, though). However, befo…

I'm developing the idea that there's something inherent to my face that turns women off That's a fancy way of saying "I see myself as ugly". My guess? You are none-verbally communicating desperation, and women can pick up on that shit miles away. You really have to let go before you can really start your journey in seduction. By that I mean let go of the desire to "score" (i.e. be successful with women). I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but speaking to at least ONE woman for solely the purpos…

It's really simple, you yourself seem to know it. Stop being passive and waiting for girls to make moves. That's your problem and nothing will change until that does. I find this to be a problem with a lot of +18 y.o. virgins; almost as if missing out on high school sex makes you guys desperate to get laid... and women can pick up on it from a mile away. As far as making engaging conversations, I predict it also has to do with the fact that you are probably fixated on losing that V-card. Every c…

the best way to get a feel for it, prepare her and yourself for it, and make it come out natural, is to be touching her the entire date. right away you will know if/she is down to do it. and by just touching her, you will be building anticipation in yourself (as well as her) so that when you guys can no longer contain it and the moment is right, it will come out naturally. Also, touching will tell you if she feels comfortable. Let's say she has just recovered from a week long stomach virus she d…

I can agree with that. too many people are getting away with sharing bogus advice that would only come out of the mouth of a guy who has never approached in his life. parties to be honest. make friends, go to their parties, meet women. parties are the best place to practice your skills since everyone is having a good time and wants to meet new people. just don't try this with every girl you see at parties, you.will be labeled a creep and not invited back. a girl sees you, makes eye contact? go introduce yourself. that easy. also, work on looking like your having a good time. don't be that brooding looking dude at the party.
/r/seduction21/06/17 03:57 PM

yeah... that's a big helper. most good looking girls like to have fun. they know they get access to all the cool stuff just for their looks/boobs. unfortunately, this is a reality. you can either go to where the girls are or hope that you meet a girl who is into staying in. But at your age group, that's gonna be hard.

I don't know why you are getting downvoted. Don't we "approach" women, in the sense that is applicable to this sub, solely to fuck? first things first. change the mind set of "getting girls". what you want to do is "meet women". i know it sounds cliché, but your mind set dictates how you will act. the needy desperate guy will always scare away women. the fun going, confident, well spoken man will always attract them. think of all the "cool" guys in every movie. is your behavior similar, or are you acting like Michael Scott from The Office?

Just so we are on the same page: when you say "test drive", do you mean "test drive" marriage via living together and what not? I definitely think you should test out the bed room prior to committing to walking the aisle. I don't think sex is necessary to show that you are interested and confident enough to go for what you want, but it is surely sufficient. Agreed. I'm sure there are other ways to go about it, as you have pointed out, but initiating sex is the simplest. Disagree, but that's for another thread. I also disagree that you would disqualify yourself as a long-term relationship partner by attempting to initiate sex, if that's part of what you're saying. Not what I am saying. The point I am trying to make is that there are more ways than just fucking to show a woman you're interested in her. And "just fucking", as amazing as it is, doesn't really lay down the foundations for a long term relationship. I guess the men (and women! who knew!) of seddit are just consid…

I'm talking past the point of initiation. When you have the woman's attention and her desire, all that's left to decide is for you to decide what to do. At that point, friendship zone territory is waaaay behind you and you can either fuck silly or explore what brings you together. Don't believe in a world of absolutes, but just my experience is that sex too early leads to less success outside the bedroom. There is a world outside of it.
/r/seduction20/12/16 12:04 AM

I would argue that if your goal is solely to get laid, indeed don't wait for sex. If, however, you want something serious - having a relationship that's first based around having sex (which is what most guys and single serving girls want) is not going to likely lead to a long relationship.

I think PUA techniques come in spectrums. There are definitely techniques that work but lean more towards the red pill when you read what the PUG says is the logic behind their advice. In fact, looking back at my amateur career in pick-up, the first tricks you learn and, unfortunately, the mind set, is very much "get mine". book, blog, whatever. i imagine advertisers pay you for ad space, or you get your jollies off teaching other people seduction. whatever your motivation is for your... guide (?)... it doesn't make the way you conveyed your message any better. it still comes off as a patronizing sales pitch. edit: i feel i should clarify, just because your shit is free, it doesn't mean you have an altruistic goal. Facebook is free, all you have to do is agree to let the U.S. government keep track of you as an indi…

i don't think that's where a majority of your criticism comes from. your message is definitely on point, and you could very well be a professional at seduction. but the way you conveyed your message was flawed. it is filled with strawmen arguments and ends on your book. frankly, it felt patronizing. again, your message is not wrong. but the approach is. which is alright, just work on it. just because your good at approaching women, doesn't mean your going to be good at teaching others how to do …

So, actually, there is an illuminating conversation to be had here, that OP should get some proximity credit for: What is a 9 or 10? Are we able to create a systematic and universal approach to what constitutes a "10"? Or is attraction a more nuanced topic that differs from individual to individual? I think that is a good question to have. Because, understanding attraction can helpful to being good at employing it (mind you, I am aware that theory and practice, especially in this field, are chas…

as far as you're concerned, I'm a four foot tall balding, overweight, indian annorexic midget. But it doesn't change the fact that you tried to impress strangers on the internet... with this gem: I work at a strip club, make an ass load of money and my girlfriend is bisexual. Whoa, whoa. Slow down cool guy. You're going to get too many friend requests here on reddit with your cool ways. Please stop, you're making me jealous with all your coolness.

you don't develop "stronger" frames. you gain life experience which let's you develop "multiple" frames to handle any situation. for a example: you go hit on girls at a bar who have just lost a friend to a car accident. the frame here is two grieving girls and your game won't (normally) work here because you are in a different frame. until you recognize the difference in frame, you will probably approach this wrong (unless your naturally good at this, or are lucky). another way to see if is a gr…

It's really about your frame and theirs. You have to be in the mindset or else you do come off as that weirdo that is surveying the bar/club/party They have to be in the mindset... you could be approaching two friends grieving a lost friend/family/pet/TV show. Even if your bullshit is convincing, you're going nowhere. Once you get 1 and 2, you realize that making up stuff is a useless step. Take it from me, I'm no exciting guy... Drugs are fun, you don't need to give them up to enjoy seduction. However, if you can't seduce sober, high on drugs will only make it worse. Find friends who don't need to fuck themselves up to have a good time.

yes you are reading it wrong. they want an adult man who can provide... you know, that thing all adult men do for their families.... at any rate, if your shit isn't together, there is no way you will be at 100% of your game. the game, at least on this sub, is a lifestyle, not some tricks to pick up women. you want to be mac daddy smooth? you gotta talk, walk, act, and think like mac daddy smooth. that's what she meant and she's completely justified.

why not both? she might not be ready, but still attracted to you. i would work on the assumption that she doesn't, so you don't subconciously turn to approval-seeking behavior. but honestly, if you keep hanging out with her, anything can happen. just don't go into any relationship (platonic or romantic) with expectations is my golden rule.

Torres was the best at his prime. Now I would put him somewhere above Falcao but below Costa. Griezmann is the best of bunch at the moment, with Aguero at close 2nd.

If you are asking be ause you're afraid to get hurt, then no. In fact no woman is replaceable. If you are asking because there is one girl you like and you don't know if you should try with another one, then yes, every woman is replaceable. A little context will help.

I've been the "better guy" in a similar scenario. I try to remember those moments, not for some petty desire to feel superior. But, rather, to remind me how this world can become full of sonder as soon as you put it into correct perspective(framing). If I meet a girl I am really into but she has interests else where, I give it the old college try but remind myself there is a whole world to this girl (some I might not want to get into).

Question to the more successful men (or women?) on internet dating. How do you like it? I frankly find it boring trying to keep up the rapport, and some of my (girl) friends swear that hot women don't need tinder/OKC/Grinder(?).
/r/seduction08/04/16 02:31 PM

No, don't have to get that deep at all. Just ask her the question verbatim, "if there was a movie about your life, what songs would be in the soundtrack". Even if she picks only one song you know, go off of that. Just because you know something about a song/artist/genre doesn't make you superior in any way. And if you meet a girl who can't have a conversation about the music she likes without her feeling insecure, you've got a lot more trouble coming your way.
/r/seduction05/04/16 09:33 AM
9

I am genuinely curious about her musical tastes. I think you can tell a lot about a person from their musical preference, so I like to ask them what songs would be in the soundtrack to a movie about their life. That allows you to jump to other experiences where you can find similarities or interesting differences (concerts, music festivals, celebrity experiences, road trips, etc, etc). All from just asking her what music she likes.

No. Everyone is unique and you should embrace it, and exploit it, in your sexual/romantic conquest. Unless your "thing" is torturing animals or kiddy porn, you can usually be honest about yourself. Just don't think this means you have a free card to be a spazz.

Just out of curiosity, why is a member of the greater sex here on this sub? I have nothing against or opinion about it, just genuine curiosity. Also, yes, using a girls name over and over again can come off as borderline Patrick Bateman behavior. Unless you just saw American Psycho as a couple, I'd avoid going overboard with using her name over and over again.

Ey dude, I was in the same boat, sorta. At around 18-20ish, girls just aren't into anything serious for the most part. You can meet a girl who is into commitment, but that's not what you should focus on. At your age, you want fun 24-7. Girls will pick up on your unavailability and want to hit you back up (females are weird like that). You probably stink of desperation, and there's no shame in that. We all start there (or we wouldn't be here). With unavailability, the stink washes off, and more g…

Most guys seem to get one-itis as they begin. They either focus on one and never give up, or give up after one try after she was not interested. Numbers game is key guys. Plant many seeds. Then, in the famous words of Seth Rogen, "you fuck the plants when they mature". Best way not to get one-itis on one girl who either A. You'll bore with constant attention and/or B. The way you say "hi" must be screaming desperation. Fake smiles and fake confidence is the world women must transverse through in their teens while men are figuring out other stuff. They are better at it than you... For now. Over time you will become more calm and that desperation won't be there. Only advice I can give your for achieving that is to just "let go".

The way I see it, without resorting to technical terms... 1. Flirting is the same as it was in 3rd grade. Girls who like you will tease you and vice versa. 2. Be friendly, flirting will never work if your not friendly. 3. Always assume every girl (or guy if your into that) wants to fuck you. 4. In regards to #1, your not in 3rd grade (at least if your on here) so you have to flirt like an adult. You would be surprised how being able to draw people to you has amazing effect on your game. I just got back from vacation and since I grew up with my parents working the kind of jobs the resort staff were doing, I always make it a point to know their names and be thankful for their work.
