8	I'm all for equal pay. But when I have to do the duties that someone else cannot physically perform, why do I not get compensated for? Honestly this is probably the likely situation. If I was in this situation I would ask if overall the Woman was a good teammate - does she bring value overall that “makes up” for the lack of physical tasks?
