Id say half of the shootings I see are such situations where the officer could calmly take aim and shoot. Hell, some have multiple officers. Three could aim at the leg while the rest aim for the chest. If the leg shots dont work... I saw one where the cop was above a guy and the guy was wrestling for the taser. The cop was a good cop, but he could have easily just blasted the guys wrist. Remove the offending body part. Instead, the guy resisted and tried to grab the taser for several minutes bef…
