1	Grow Up or Stay a Child I think one of the biggest changes I noticed while taking trp was mentally acknowledging my fuckups during and after they were happening. Humans fuck up, and redpill men are no exception. But, acknowledging your screwups and actually learning from your mistakes is one of the more valuable skills you can learn right at the beginning.
