There's a huge difference between FGM and circumcision. FGM is performed with the express purpose to deny the woman sexual pleasure for the entirety of her life. Circumcision, while certainly a backwards practice with dubious physiological benefits, does not have this effect unless there is an accident in the procedure. The very fact that these accidents happen is reason enough not to practice it, but comparing the two practices is one helluva false equivalency.

Like there are some actual issues with how the law treats men, but men are still the majority of power players in our society, by a wide margin. 95%+ of upper management positions in the top 500 corporations in America are men, and 80%+ of congresspeople are men. "Men" are not some massive homogeneous entity. Diversity is strength from a natural-selection point of view. How much of what we perceive as gender comes from "nature" versus "nurture" is still largely uncertain, but there should be room for all kinds of men in this world. If you claim to be for men's rights, you cannot claim that it should be rights for men to only behave in a way that you approve of.
