3	Why do Men and Women find it Difficult to Work Under Female bosses…? I don't think it's about the gender. I had shit male bosses and I had shit female bosses. It really depends on the person. My current boss is female. She (as a boss) demands commitment to the job but is fair to everyone. She sees my hard work and rewards it with bonuses and other benefits. I don't think it should be focused on gender alone. She cheated on him, he did nothing wrong. She should be punished. I don't care which sex a culprit has.
