So you conveniently leave out how US fought against the axis powers/nazis in WW2, ok. Rich politicians arent the people of discussion here, yes they make corrupt and exploitative decisions. The everyday, enlisted man still goes out to fight for their country, but also to protect their family. Hell, doesn’t have to be war. Many men work long hours to put food on the table for their family. Have some respect for men, damn.

Yeah, we totally fight in wars for ourselves right? Jesus, get over yourself.

I think we realize this, it obviously still hurts lol.

Bro, no men just blurts these things out at random lmao (online or irl)… It’s always in the context of a discussion. In which case yes, everytime these preferences are stated, it was always a valid form of self-expression. Whether you agree with whats being said or not is irrelevant, it is always okay for people to state their feelings. Stop being “stuck-up”.

Wrong…14%*, also globally it looks like 38% of adult males between 18-24 are virgins. Can’t deny this is a growing minority/trending upwards over the past decades.

It's baffling to me how some women, even to this day, boldly claim that the dating app experience is the exact same for both genders... F*** no it isn't. For women - its like grocery shopping, for men - it's like trying to find life in outer space.

Man, I hope I can find the woman version of your husband :P

Let me hit one right back at cha. What is your definition of hypergamy?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/10/24 07:54 AM

Only women care abt men being already highly desired & also have a higher standard for looks bcz they can afford to be pickier. For men, to answer your question no - we dont give a fuck…if you’re hot for us you’re hot. And most women are hot enough for most men, as we aren’t as picky.

Hypergamy seens to only run in women.

Nah. And I don’t think “smart” rich guys want gold-diggers/superficial love either. Just saying the men that scream from the soul about stepping up your finance game - don’t expect much. In the eyes of the woman, a millionaire 4 is still just a 4. 😛

It's human nature and we've biologically evolved this way. Not sure if you're religious, but if you are, then you can think of it as God having instilled in our DNA a strong desire to reproduce. We didn't control/ask for this, it's just in our nature. To brush that off as just simply "animalistic" and not how humans have been able to live-on and continue as a species today (so you and I could be here), is so disingenuous. It's the biological endgame/goal of life. Sure, in our society we can purs…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 07:43 PM

Yeah agree. That concealment/blue pilling from birth really had me blinded to the truth of actual "attraction" (mostly if not all looks), and left me astray for many years when I used to actively pursue women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 07:39 PM

but I think it is unacceptable that they turn into misogynist as a consequence. You have to acknowledge this is still human nature, these incels are trying to find a way to justify their misery/feeling of incompetence, and they justify as that. I personally don't think "just accepting it and moving on" is the solution either, if something is really frustrating (and it really is), why should a person just not do anything about it?? blue pillers telling us that self improvement is the solution. Bl…

That's not the point. The point is that when a few men get all the women, pretty similarly to how things are trending today, men will start to rebel (not really possible in today's dumbed down society), or start giving up/MGTOW which is even worse if they contribute less to society as a whole - because what's the incentive for them?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 07:31 PM

Therefore I think the more power women have the better decisions they can make in selecting men. But do you think this "selection power" should be more leaned towards women? or men? or closer to 50:50? In today's day-and-age, I feel this is heavily skewed in women's favor, hence leading to more men being "unchosen", virginity on the rise, men's mental health going down the gutter, etc. etc. I do feel like some kind of "re-balancing" is needed...
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/24 07:29 PM

I'm literally in the top 10% of earners, and I've never had a gf haha. Money don't matter as much as people think. Only looks and/or perceived social status. But from my anecdotal POV, 80%+ is looks-based. Mother nature is indeed cruel, and unfair at times.

unwanted romantic attention benefits the woman. Thats’ probably because it does? Woman love attention and seek out validation at a much higher rate then men do. As men we condemn those other men who stick around in the friendzone because it shows lack of self fespect, theyre only giving and not receiving. But the woman is getting all the receiving for free, and theyre hooked on it. Hell, this is where the term “orbiters” came from, because a lot of women keep a lot of men on the lease/breadcrumb…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/09/24 02:53 AM

So a few assumptions here… 1) no man is saying there is benefit to unwanted sexual attention, how does this even make sense wut? 2) how is a man saying something supposed to relate to a woman’s POV? We have fundamentally differences and therefore experience life in different ways, including how we receive interactions. That should be normalized & accepted…I think.

So you wanna wager your net worth and bet on the opposing argument? Or is it too low?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 07:37 AM

I’d be willing to wager that if we have any statistical, factual data on this, that women are the ones who want to settle down sooner. What you describing men do ive seen more in women personally. I’m assuming you are a woman so your experience in anecdotal as well. I just know that men tend to take their time with marriage because they can afford to.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/09/24 01:09 AM

I actually believe statistically, women idealize marriage and want to get married sooner than men do. This has also been observed to be the case in my anecdotal experience, I hear of mens gfs actually getting angry with them for not “settling down” sooner…a lot of impatience.

Personally, I am not gay and into women. So no thanks, I guess?

Yeah totally agree. For a girl its pretty laughably easy to get casual sex, hell even casual relationships. But oh boy, luckily us men do have a lot of leverage when it comes to the lifetime commitment, marriage.

In truth, both can be changed. Sure it could take more effort for some, but people's characteristics are not set in stone.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 07:38 PM

Seriously, what is wrong with liking hot, young women? Nothing!
/r/PurplePillDebate20/09/24 04:33 PM

I totally think so. In my anecdotal observations, I have seen mid dudes get with attractive girls, likely due to them being highly sociable and part of vibrant social groups.

Yeah, when women mention all these blue-pilled characteristics, in their mind they have an image of someone they are attracted to. And no, that ain’t the average Joe, usually.

We can’t take advice from the fish.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/09/24 03:12 AM

I think what matters is a promiscuous past or not, which "body count" implicitly implies. It's not like being promiscuous is a sin, but you'd want to still know if a partner is "marriage" material or not, and or has in displayed immoral behavior, which then increases the chances they do it again or worst cheat/divorce.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/09/24 02:42 AM
2

Well, one gender has disproportionately more opportunities to cheat than the other. I think that could play a major factor.

There's apps like "Boo" that try this already, to very little success. Personality-perception is actually highly correlated to your looks as well. More attractive people have higher personality scores. Besides, you may mesh well with someone personality-wise, but once you discover their physical appearance, people will ultimately accept/reject based off of that.
