6	Twitch black out The blackout is in protest that some people feel Twitch hasn’t done enough in response to a round of metoo allegations which surfaced a few days ago. In reality Twitch put out a statement as soon as this came to light, saying they would cooperate fully with police investigations. The metoo movement has chosen to have a blackout protest because Twitch didn’t jump the gun and immediately deplatform/suspend the accused streamers.
