2	White males are actively being excluded in the hiring process? Hispanics are white! We share the same culture, religion, traditions and laws. Why is a Spaniard considered white while a person from Latin America isn’t? That’s just an arbitrary divider because we people can’t seem to understand that the only difference between US and them (Hispanics) is class.
