I know you're being sarcastic, but it's actually reverse psychology. If you tell someone no you cant have this, there gunno want it. Therefor, not all, but if some drugs were completely legalized,I do believe that we wouldn't have such a huge drug issue. A big part of starting drug use is that rush that you know your doing illegal shit.

The victim that was framed for the bullying when he didn't, was at risk for jail time because in that particular place, it doesn't matter what age you are, you can and most likely will be charged, and In the particular school he was at they were extremely strict with bullying policies. Edit: okay not any age, the age limit to be charged is lower than here

That's not even comparable, one is mental damage that will linger for his life, one is physical that he'll most likely forget in 2 years. And yes there not awful.
