It isn't wrong, but it is unhealthy. I did the same thing with my weightloss. Lost 150 lb in my early 20s, I still sometimes kick my arse over not doing it when I was a teenager. But, the thing is, all this does is add useless bad emotions to your life. You can't go back. You can't get those years spent before you made the change back.
