I think providing people who fall into the redpill pit a point of view they don't normally get is important.

I find that most people are grateful to receive feedback and boundaries- if they can make a relationship better or easier by doing something small, that’s a good thing.

Dude, are you okay? This thread happened a month and a half ago. Are you just going through old things? That can be unhealthy. Go take a walk, hug a dog!

I don't even know what part of my comment you're trying to reply to, way to not interact with anything I've said to you.

I am a woman. I am a bisexual woman in a relationship with another woman. We look and act and communicate very differently, despite us both being women and growing up within 20 miles of each other. I am a feminist, so I believe men and women are socialized hella differently, and are treated hella differently, and held to different standards in their lives. But unless you are trying to discern how systemic sexism affects how men and women communicate, any macro differences are, I think, not usefu…

I think what you’re looking for probably doesn’t exist, because this idea that, “Yeah women are people but they aren’t like men” is one that inherently leads back down the path of misogyny and redpill-ness. Women are people. Full stop, dude. Different socialization and communication styles aren’t a “but” at the end of that statement. And there’s no guarantee that any individual woman you interact with is going to have that exact communication style that is “typical for women”. It’s a case by cas…

Sounds like you touched a nerve when you talked to her about that. It also sounds like she doesn't have the bet coping mechanisms. I would say- try to talk to her again. Be honest and open about your feelings about your friendship, about how you care and you want to help her. If she's not willing to try to do better, you might need to step away from this friendship, for your own sake. It's not healthy for you to be in a situation where you support her, but she can't support you. That does the sa…

Sounds like she has issues! Anxiety is also fucking terrible, and being sexualized when you are just not... into it, when you don't want it, is reeaaaaally shitty. Sounds like she needs to set some boundaries with her sister. If you feel she's not being supportive as a friend, maybe talk to her about it. Being open and communicating with your friends is really important.

She may be? If she really has depression and mental issues, that can make it difficult for her to have healthy coping mechanisms. Depression is a bitch of a disease, and it makes it so hard to do just about everything, so it's not uncommon for people with depression to have a hard time helping others when they need it. Have you talked to her seriously about your feelings re: your friendship, and the level of respect and support that's shared between the two of you? It also sounds like you both m…

Yeah, I’m good re: my exercise regimen and diet. I’m working on being active and healthy and my body will be how my body wants to be.

Hahaha like hell it is? I said in another comment, but if it’s so easy for women to get sex and attention, how come I was either ignored or ridiculed throughout high school and even into college? I’ll tell you why- because I’m fat. I’ve always been fat, even with dieting and exercise. All that time, I was totally open to relationships and dating and sex, but no guy ever thought I was worth the time to pursue. And any guy I showed interest in shut me down right quick. Women don’t open their legs …

I understand what you mean. That’s a risk you’re going to have in every relationship, and that can be really scary! You put a lot of trust in your partner to not harm you, you open yourself up to vulnerability and damage. A level of fear can make sense- but I’m sure your girlfriend doesn’t want you to be afraid. I’m sure she wants you to feel secure in your relationship, and I’m sure she wants you to be happy.

............. I mean, as a woman, I strongly disagree with you, based on my own lived experiences.

Re-evaluate your thoughts on relationships? Try to adopt a healthier and more compassionate worldview? Go to therapy? Reach out to friends and family? Cultivate a rich inner life based around things you enjoy and not just wallowing in TRP?

/shrug Beauty is in the eye of the beholder or w/e, and maybe you weren’t as respectful as you thought, or maybe those women just weren’t interested in you for other reasons. Honestly dude, I hope you find a fulfilling relationship that makes you happy and enriches your life, and I hope you enrich your partner’s life and make them happy, too.

But lemme be serious for a minute here- for how ugly I think he is and how much I dislike him personally, he is a very mild-mannered, kind person who always tries his best to be considerate and selfless. That’s probably why he’s had such success- because he treats women like people and respects them.

Well, would you do the same thing if you saw a more attractive girl? Would you get bored of her and seek out better prospects elsewhere, or cheat on her? It’s difficult to trust people. It’s difficult to believe others... but it’s the only way you can have anything meaningful and real, the only way you can sustain good connections with their people. Also, I can say the same thing about red pill people! They are fooling themselves into believing there’s a system they are failing to exploit becaus…

My step-brother is one of the ugliest people I know and he has been dating and having sex consistently since high school.

I understand how toxic worldviews can dig into you and make you feel like utter shit about yourself and everything and everyone around you. I am bisexual and was raised Catholic- I get it. Ultimately, you have to make the decision to either accept or turn away from these philosophies. The decision is the easy part- actually doing it can be difficult. But, like people with mental illnesses, it’s a process to change disordered thinking. It takes a lot of work, and it’s going to make you vulnerable…

how much easier it is for women to get laid Whenever I see people making claims like this, I can't help but think of my step-brother, who is exceedingly unattractive and 'looks like an incel', actively dating and having sex for years before anyone showed any interest in me, a girl, who has always been a girl. Guess redpill and blackpill folks forget fat girls in their equations. /SHRUG Anyways, fuck the pills 'cause they're bullshit. The hottest guy will be lonely if he's an asshole, and 'ugly' …

I see a lot of people replying to this kinda rudely, which I understand. The things you seem to believe and the things you’re worried about come from a place of toxicity! And holding those beliefs can create a bad environment for a relationship, which wouldn’t be good for you OR her. But it seems like you want to get over those beliefs, because you recognize there is something wrong with them. Awesome! Good for you! My tips as a woman? Don’t assume her personality/morality based on her sexual hi…
