You can think it’s important to control sexual urges without thinking sex itself is wrong. Sex isn’t bad, but having no control over your sexual urges/being controlled by your urges is bad. It would also be bad to have no control over other “urges”, like food cravings, social media use, video games, etc etc. These things aren’t “wrong”, but it is good to be able to exercise self control.

Say a woman has sex early on with a man once (or even a few times) and then realizes she didn’t like it, it was mistake, and she’d prefer to wait longer and get to know a man better - you really think that’s a “capitol offence”? If a woman sleeps with one guy on the 3rd date, then all other men should also get to sleep with her on the 3rd date or she’s doing something wrong?

If a man is only sexually attracted to a woman, he’s probably not giving her the type of affection she actually values and desires. Many women actually find it very off putting when a man is only affection because he desires sex. It doesn’t feel like affection for the woman - it feels like he wants something from her. It’s hard to explain but it’s a very very different experience. I think this just comes down to the different ways men and women tend to see/value sex. It can be hard to understand…

Yup I’m sure that happens to! But the comment I replied to seemed to imply that the “settled for woman” is somehow better off than the “settled for man” because “at least” the man would still want to have sex with the woman he settled for. Whereas the woman would “only desire the wallet” of the man she settled for. I can see why that could make sense from a male perspective. But from a female perspective, a man being willing to have sex with you isn’t that much of a win. I think a lot of women w…

A man being sexually attracted to you isn’t that huge of a win for a lot of women. It’s more important that he actually treats you like a woman he really values. Sometimes when men “settle” for a woman, they don’t treat her nearly as well as they’d treat their “dream girl”.

Why do you say that?

Feminine and masculine energies are not necessarily about men and women. Men generally are more in their masculine energy and women generally are more in their feminine energy, but there are exceptions and every person expresses both energies. It can be helpful if you think of Yin and Yang energies. Yin & Yang, Feminine & Masculine, receiving & giving - these are all just opposite energies. No human is 100% masculine energy or 100% feminine energy. If a woman is “giving” during a sexual act and …

Yeah, double standards are extremely common and aren’t going away anytime soon! People really should just learn to accept that there might be consequences for their actions and people might judge them. If you wanna sleep around, go ahead! But some people might think it’s gross. Oh well! We all get to make our own choices. Also: Maybe I have a twisted sense of humour, but I think your comments in this thread are pretty hilarious. People are getting very offended/worked up, and your absolutely blu…

What counts as many men in your opinion? I think you mentioned anything over 0 makes you a whore in a different comment lol?

At first I was like, this guy is crazy if he thinks a woman with more than 0 sexual partners is a gross whore. But I guess if you are consistent with your belief and also believe that you are a gross whore for having multiple partners, then who can argue with that really? You’re admitting that you have double standards (expecting a virgin when you consider yourself a whore), but lots of people have double standards. Ex. Plenty of women desire a man who makes a lot of money even if they don’t, an…

Do you only do this with women who you feel deserve it? If you met a woman who seemed genuinely nice/good, would you still feel fine telling her whatever she wants to hear in order to sleep with her for a while? Not judging just curious!

Interesting. Would you mind sharing some of the things that let you know she’s pretending to be a goody two shoes vs actually is one?

How do you know how she treated men in the past? I understand not wanting to be treated differently than her past partners, I’m just curious about how you know her sexual history. Are women just telling men "I slept with other guys on the first date" or is it more something men are assuming?

I’m curious how the man in this scenario knows that the woman slept with other men more quickly in the past? Would she have told him? Or is he assuming?
