I never heard of any of this. I think you would have done better showing evidence to your claims before asking others to speak about something.

The article leaves me wondering why I bother going to that site. They never give enough details to understand what's going on.

Did you read the article? She claimed she was on a hiking trail and gave a vague description. Video and cell records say she was never on the trail.

I'm a realistic person. The man paid for dough to be made and put it in the freezer. Two people knew the dough was in the freezer and one of them is baking that dough on their own. If the man didn't want the bun in the oven he should have done something about the dough just sitting in the freezer.

You'd be betting wrong. Everyone but that couple had contracts in place regarding that embryo. If the man had gotten to the embryo first it would be the woman that's out of luck.

He should have planned to get to the embryo first.

Did you miss the fact that if you pre plan for all possibilities with a contract then there's no embryo just sitting there to be used?

Women are responsible for their eggs with many different types of birth control. That doesn't save you from STD's. And this article is about a man that put his sperm in a cup specifically to be medically combined with an egg in the hopes that the fertilized product would result in offspring.

I am stuck on the fact that this situation is brought up when you look into invitro services. This is not a popped condom. This is going to extreme measures to ensure fertility and then not following through while leaving the chamber still loaded so to speak. This man had to undertake medical procedures to get an embryo. The sad fact is that most couples spend so much money they follow through whether they are together or not by the time there are is an embryo to implant. This specific situation…

The mother here didn't adopt out or abort. So it's not logical to bring that up here.

You should be responsible for your sperm. Going to fertility centers requires therapy and education on the topic. I don't have sympathy for people that wore rosey glasses until they get screwed.

That's throwing out the baby with the bath water. I'm sure you think that was cute, it's stupid. This one family from this one article isn't the time for you to soapbox.

You're right. A parent resenting the child is horrible for everyone. That means this man has to make a choice he can live with.
/r/MensRights12/04/17 07:02 PM

I really feel that while its unfortunate this man didn't get to have the choice of being a parent, he dies get to decide if he'll be a good parent.

Good parents put the children first. It's unfortunate he didn't get to choose to be a parent. He can choose to be a good one.

not a subtle person. The intent of my comment is that the daughter didn't ask to be here and she shouldn't have it taken out on her.

I'm only thinking of the child. You know, that little person with thoughts and feelings that had nothing to do with this shit show. I hope he remembers that.

So, this man will still lobe and be in his daughter's life right? I don't think child support is the priority of a loving parent.
