I read that Columbus forced thousands of Native Americans into slavery. Fuck him, and fuck statues of him. Again, nothing unpopular about this opinion in this sub reddit. Had men been receiving all kinds of praise and attention for sharing emotions, nothing in the world would've stopped us. That has never been the case. We are victims of women, in this one; they expect us to listen to them, expect all the emotional support we can muster. Had they been giving that back, everything would be different. They just don't want to hear us, but they don't want to look closely at that. So, it's our fault.

Didn't read the book above. Feminists know that sex gives women huge power over men, and they don't want sex dolls to mitigate that. They can't come out and say that so, instead, they claim that the dolls will cause men to objectify women more. I've read that when women don't receive benevolent sexism, they think it's misogyny. I've also read that even avowed feminists like benevolent sexism. (Honestly, I think most women are feminist - but only a minority could be called radical feminists. Feminism is mainstream, despite people who continue to tell us it's dying out.
