If it's your child and she gives birth to it, I'm sorry but you really need to father that child. I know it's not what you want but you took risks and this is one of those risks. You simply tell these women that you're in a very good, loving relationship it doesn't come across as rejection then either. She'll probably probe you and say "you don't want to change your mind?" You say "no". Worse of all police and men will consider you lucky to be assaulted by a woman.
