I've seen a few articles I'm searching for them now where the student becomes 18 or older and then there's sort of like a follow-up story usually if the teacher gave birth to a child. I know without even having to look that there is probably some crazy high proportion of teachers especially women that are white. So I guess there's that. But it seems a lot of their victims are minorities when the identity is revealed.

Ummm yeah the amount of money we waste ensuring undocumented immigrants is probably on order of decimals of a percent compared to how much we pay and healthcare as a whole compared to most other first world countries. immigration is a problem we need to be shore up but it has nothing to do with our health care crisis.
