For my education you answered your questions, got graded against a markscheme, and your grade was determined by where your total marks sat in a grade boundary which applied to everyone taking the test. 1	You Are Poisoning Your Mind Every Day You could say that for any skill really, the purpose of a coach/trainer/mentor is to accelerate the accumulation of said skill and associated knowledge, in order to achieve greater results faster. 9	Having trouble relating to "the book of pook" No, ofc not, you go from undesireable to a little less undesirable, and over time those incremental improvements in your body add up. In addition to lifting however, you should be challenging yourself in new social situations, activities, knowledge acquisition etc. Building all of those skills in parallel, and the end product IS A DESIRABLE MAN.
