if it was personally me, i would just leave because it would be like talking to a child.

When I get married, I was thinking of doing a Hers, His, and Ours strategy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/05/21 07:02 PM

I do know that I want my proposal to be private with just me and him or private with our close family members .. as for the ring, I want it to be 1 or 1.5 carat cause I have small hands..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/21 07:40 PM

No problem. and what I do for detangling is I get a spray bottle and fill it up with lukewarm or water that is a little hot and I mix it with either leave-in conditioner and/or oil and I just detangle it with that, much easier on my hair :)
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/04/21 02:40 AM
3

oh wow lol. I do sometimes leave my hair in the shrink state and it would feel interesting. but a good interesting. I don't care about my hair length since it is shoulder length. I just care for it to be healthy.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/04/21 02:26 AM

Yeah and oh thank you. I have gone natural hair (since it will be a year of me going natural in June of this year). I have also done flexi rod curls with the horseshoe method and bantu knots or two strand twists in bantu knots.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/04/21 02:22 AM

I am reading this while I am putting my natural hair into two strand twists. I would say to you to just keep wearing your natural hair loud and proud!

Are the younger men like five years younger than you?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/03/21 07:11 PM
1

Are you dating younger men?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/03/21 07:10 PM
5

Yeah.. The way that I see it.. It depends on the individual and their own tastes and likes. Because generalizations don't cover outliers.. in the case of a blue-collar worker being interested in arts and museums..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/03/21 03:34 PM
1

oh wow
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/02/21 06:36 PM
9

What do you mean by 'interest of a few years'?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/02/21 08:35 PM

As a Christian, this is such a good post that I am reading!!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/02/21 08:24 PM

Yeah I even unsubscribed from his channel a few days ago.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/21 01:20 PM

What type of negging comments did he say that lead up to that comment?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/21 01:16 PM
3

Ten years?! Oh wow. Yikes.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/01/21 01:10 PM

This scarcity mindset is rising a little on here. Just focus on getting your degree and focusing on you.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/01/21 11:03 PM

And statistics (in this case), is from a sample of an institution, (from a college).

My last name is a Nigerian name .. So i wanna keep that last name or make it hyphenated with his last name when I get married.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/01/21 06:12 PM

wow i did not know about this.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/01/21 11:24 PM

Do you have anybody else who cares for you??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/01/21 03:48 PM

Yeah I am planning on taking two gap years to get work experience and then go onto doing grad school part time while working full time.. My dad doesn't like that idea cause he wants me to do grad school full time but whatever.. I now want to date after grad school.. Which I would be done with when I turn 28.. So I would be still young.. Plus women I know are getting married in their early or mid thirties And yeah I agree with the feeling of restriction of doing any of that in your twenties.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/01/21 02:35 PM
9

Yeah that is true..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/01/21 12:38 PM

I would try to distance myself from them or just not talk to them (as much if that is possible).. if it gets worse and more serious ,then i would go to HR..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/01/21 05:18 PM

they usually are narcisstic or have big egos.. and they sometimes would cheat on their wives with young nurses..

Being misogynistic, controlling, having anger issues, jobless, disrespectful, having negging/gaslighting tactics, having insufficient communication, no respecting my hobbies.

I think it is so that they can manipulate you so you doubt your actions.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/11/20 06:29 PM

Reminds me of how my dad took care of my mom, who had pancreatic cancer two years ago. She unfortunately passed a few months later but still it was nice sight to witness.

oh really?!!! oh wow
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/10/20 07:53 PM

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/10/20 07:38 PM

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/10/20 07:44 PM

is there a link to the post?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/10/20 02:51 PM

This is 100 percent good advice that I am for!!! Like I said, black women have to be selfish, get that self-confidence up, and take care of ourselves..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy01/10/20 02:29 PM
5

This just goes to show that black women should be selfish about themselves and to put themselves first because a black man will throw a black woman under the bus if he deems fit to. Its so sad.. The ride or die mentality is really toxic..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/09/20 11:33 AM
2

And then the black community tries to shame black women who want to focus on themselves and who don't want to be seen as the "saviors". give me a break. 😑
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/09/20 11:30 AM
3

I need to also listen to him on youtube.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/09/20 01:08 AM
11

It reminded me of how black men would call black women "queen", even then that makes me also cringe..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/09/20 02:52 PM
23

Its so weird...
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/09/20 12:01 PM

I tend to either like chads or country boy or nerds.. So attractive face... Has to be social at least and not shy Has to be taller than 5'7.. Since I'm 5'1 Has to have a lack of body hair Has to dress nice and have clean nails Has to have hair.. I also have a preference if he has hair just above his shoulders so kind of long-ish hair. No tattoos or at least one/two of them Has to be slim/toned but not overly muscular Kind of like Taeyong from NCT, Chanyeol from EXO, or Theo James
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 02:43 AM
10

LOL.. sounds a villian in a corny movie
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 02:27 AM

Yeah thats understandable.. I just listen more to chrissie and pink pill a little more than FDS tbh

the men would just bounce from one women to another..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/09/20 02:11 AM
2

And some of the black men be f***boys or DL.. I think the ratio is 3 women to 1 men.. But my god.. Smh.. Yeah I'm not dating in atlanta..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/09/20 12:25 AM
3

Oh ok That's understandable.. For me, I used to have huge insecurity issues and was a pushover at my school when I was little.. I now see bw on tik tok asking non bm if they like bw.. Now that's cringe.. But for me, I already burned the cape.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/09/20 12:16 AM
1

Yeah I heard about Florida and the dating scene there.. I live near atlanta and the dating scene is sad..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy18/09/20 12:13 AM
1

Which country/state do you live in?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 11:43 PM
4

Its putting yourself first as a bw and divesting from the black community, all while embracing feminity since bw are seen as masculine or as a strong black women.. And also expanding your options..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 10:51 PM
3

I already am divested and already read the handbook.. This is not a question on advice but is a question of curiosity.. So...
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 07:45 PM
5

Wait.. I'm asking the question as a stand for curiosity.. I already was divested in some ways even before I even knew about the word, divest. I'm grateful that you yourself are successful but placing a label that I need to do some more divesting when I kinda already was since beforehand.. And ok I guess I should delete this question instead
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 07:31 PM

any fds success in your life in particular?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 04:00 PM

Im more of talking about your personal success with FDS so far in your lives..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 03:59 PM
2

Oooh I may watch it later on this week then..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 12:11 PM
4

Yep.. it is that many.. some of them just hide the fact that they are DL.. its known in the black community... that is why i divested..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/09/20 05:37 PM
4

I mean.. I'm also a Christian but not like those extremely hardcore ones.. So I wouldn't even date an atheist because its just something that I myself don't want to do.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy16/09/20 12:45 PM
20

its what is basically ingrained in them in the black community.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/09/20 07:56 PM

I am gonna try OLD after I graduate next summer. Just to see how it is..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/09/20 04:19 PM

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy15/09/20 03:41 PM

Personally, I want to get married and have a medium sized or almost big wedding.. My family is Nigerian and they are known to having big extravagant and colorful weddings.. Now I do know that I want to wear a white wedding dress all throughout, plus the traditional Nigerian attire is sometimes itchy lol. But I think that you should do whatever wedding you want to do..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/09/20 09:13 PM

The fact that actually said that he is not a simp... Smh GIRRLL dump him

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy14/09/20 12:48 AM

Major props to your mom!!
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/20 09:53 PM

Do you have separate accounts and a joint account? Or just separate money accounts?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/20 08:31 PM
27

Honestly.. Ever since I became a part of the divest movement for BW on Twitter, (I deleted the app but I still chat them on discord), as well as watching YouTube videos from Chrissie and the Pink Pill, I have just limited my interactions with black men.. The reason is just from observations.. BM just be seeing themselves as superior to BW and I dont want no part of the black community, which praises BM for almost being bare minimum..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/20 07:10 PM
3

Were y'all going to file taxes separately or jointly?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/20 01:54 PM

I forgot to also ask.. Do y'all file taxes jointly or separately?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy13/09/20 01:52 PM

me: *shivers in fright*.. smh
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/09/20 08:08 PM
6

Oh yeah definitely. I have already seen guys use Christianity to forward their own misogynistic views. So yeah i have other things that I want like financial stability, respect, and generosity, etc.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/09/20 05:25 PM
4

And even then I would also prefer to do it with my future boyfriend and with other group of people..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy12/09/20 12:25 PM
8

But what if you are you yourself religious... If that's the case, which I am, I would just be skeptical and continue to vet the man cause I want to date/marry a Christian man but that's not like the number 1 or 2 priority.

Even if i was in a future relationship, my deep and darkest secrets are be told to my counselor only. that is imo.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/09/20 05:56 PM
2

Oh my god.. Oh wow .. even if I worship God, I do know that if someone is an abusive relationship, then they need to separate from that toxic relationship. You need to get out.. I do know that some airbnb complexes are open so try there.. And collect secret stash for you and your kid..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy11/09/20 05:40 PM
11

Yep.. and it is atlanta..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 03:38 PM

I agree wholeheartedly.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 03:29 PM
3

Oh yeah.. that is what my plan is also to have my own account(s) and credit cards..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 03:27 PM
13

Yep. What I am going to do is do "spontaneous visits" when I get a boyfriend just to see what he lives like.. I ain't gonna live with the dude cause, imo, that would be too much for me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 01:21 PM

I grow up in a Nigerian household and I would get hit for even spilling milk by accident. I love my parents but.. me and my younger sister both agreed that we would not hit our kids, (if my younger sister did one day have kids but she just wants to be a childless aunt, which i think that it is fine), because we both saw how in other people's lives that that kind of discipline did not change a child's behavior and even made the child resent the parent. But my older sister wants to continue to dis…

I have heard of the separate accounts but also having a joint account method. I think that is more stable than just having joint accounts.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 01:07 PM
1

OOhhh ok.. I can get behind that.. especially if the guy that I date/marry makes more than I do...
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 01:03 PM

I find it very interesting that they both state to vet all men as well as to expand dsting options.. I can agree with this because I have seen instances of black women dating in a city like Atlanta and it doesn't have the best outcomes.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/09/20 12:55 PM

I love watching the pink pill!! And I also watch another youtuber named Chrissie..

Please read the handbook
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/09/20 03:06 AM

From my observation, black men would either be colorist/sexist, interracially dating, or making less than women (a few times with that). In the city I live, dating as a black woman is not the best experience and some black men are DL in the city. In my opinion, I'm going to expand my options. But thats just me.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy09/09/20 01:58 AM
7

Oh wow.. I was just gonna use hinge and interracial dating sites as a backup but I'm definitely gonna meet guys IRL as the forefront starting next year fall time.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy08/09/20 04:41 AM
5

Did you straight up ask him out or...?? Just complimented him??
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 11:10 PM
20

Yep. A lack of assertiveness.. Which for my personality, a lack of that in a guy would annoy me..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 10:11 PM
16

I remember reading how to date like a Spartan by G.L. Lambert and the author mentioned on walking up to a guy and initiating brief small talk with him.. But I dont think he mentioned anything about straight up asking a man out.. Plus I wouldn't ask a man out because that would be weird to me... And out of character..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 09:10 PM

I was thinking about counseling in my future marriage by a pastor but then I'm like....meh.. I'd rather just question the dude that I would marry myself..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 07:42 PM
4

Even I still go to counseling and I am getting level up each day slowly but surely..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 07:41 PM

Wow. Smdh.. Is she a nurse? Because the stories that I would hear sometimes of their boyfriends and husbands is.. Yikes

A queen simply doesn't go 50/50. It isn't in her vocabulary.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 12:33 PM

I just realized that my mom didn't change her last name when she married my dad... But for me.. I kinda wanna do a hyphen last name when I get married in the future.. But idk if that's possible..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy07/09/20 12:19 PM
73

oh wow.. a very interesting and powerful statement.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/09/20 08:58 PM

Uhhh yeah.. I am going to get a gun in a few years.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/09/20 12:34 PM

T hats why I'm always gonna leave a secret stash for myself if things in a relationship, even my future marriage, goes downhill
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy06/09/20 12:20 PM

oh thats nice.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 09:35 PM

Oh. How do you go about the issue of rent and other payments of essentials such as groceries and other bills and car notes?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 07:38 PM
7

Me reading the Bible to see that Jesus focused on not being a doormat is inspiring me in awe. And i agree.. my favorite verse is psalm 23 for calmness and peace.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 07:20 PM
3

WHEW.. we can talk about how the church also wants women to put "a christian" at the forefront of everything for a potential husband, but does not want to include his financial literacy, his morals/values outside of the church, and social/mental viewpoint.. but we would be here all night lol.. I am shifting gradually but steadily to focus more energy on myself because supporting others is exhausting. that is what my family stresses over that concept.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 07:18 PM
10

that is an underrated bible verse. i need it as a decorative sign or as my motto.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 04:55 PM
5

Oh. what is your occupation/career?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 04:52 PM

For me, I would probably say "oh, I'm looking out there and around." or "I am dating other people."
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy05/09/20 03:58 AM

Interesting.. and what was his response to your statements?

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy30/08/20 11:20 AM

I would only buy him something small for his birthday, new years, or valentines day, small and inexpensive like baking food.. I wouldnt have him buying super expensive stuff all of the time.. but if he has more money than him, it would be almost all of the time..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy29/08/20 03:48 PM

I used to want to date older men.. And I now in my 20s, I would only think about dating a man 5 years older than me at max.. but I would lean more towards dating a man 2-5 years younger than me when I get in my 30s that is lol..
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/08/20 02:59 PM

I generally watch the Pink Pill and Chrissie for hypergamy or level up anecdotes
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/08/20 01:31 PM

What I would do is do like mini "surprise" sleepovers if I get a boyfriend so that I would know what his living situation is like. I would officially live with a man after we are engaged.

You can start by asking him questions about superficial stuff, like education, his occupation, traveling, etc. and then go into deep stuff like asking him questions, for example, what type of situations make him tick?
