From what I’ve seen this is heavily associated with a man dressed in a trendy manner doing things that are seen as “female gaze”. The reality in my eyes is that anything that women take interest in such as reading, fashion, or aesthetics: men are not allowed to pursue things like this earnestly, they are expected to do so in a half assed manner or with a sense of resounding guilt about even trying.

Could not agree more with you. I’m so sorry someone did that to you AND your son. That’s absolutely evil. Only thing I take comfort in with women like that, is that the biggest punishment they face is having to live with the person that they are. Not that I expect them to have empathy for what they’ve done, but rather that they’ll never stop self destructing.

You’re right. I’m working hard to better myself and find where I’m supposed to be. I just wanted to share my experience. Because I have bad days where I realize that I’m still processing something that happened so long ago and how messed up it was. It was a complete shift in my life and it drives me to succeed but it also makes my mistakes and failures feel heavier. Men don’t really get to voice stuff like this

That and they’re told at best they are just the work horses of society. Their problems don’t matter because they’re “just men”.

This is so well said. Surface level personal experiences creating a very hateful and undiscerning prejudice. Sad seeing people become the hate they rant and rave about.

Truth. Using identity idles to herd voters like livestock. Sad to see people fall for it when, like you said, they’ll show their true colors real quick. Kinda highfalutin if you ask me. It can be funny to play their virtue signaling game better than them though tbh. Because their is always a way to be MORE “politically correct”. It’s very toxic

She is in a lesbian relationship now actually! And it baffles me because I don’t understand why she’s so worried about the actions of men at all. She doesn’t go near them beyond her close friends and family. It’s just strange. And to hear her talk so virtuously in hatred of “white people” while literally being as close to a white person as physically possible (her gf) is so strange.

This is definitely something I fear. Because it’s odd to be the recipient of such thoughts and feelings when I am a direct contradiction to all of them. To be known so personally yet to be generalized in such an evil way. And I know she says none of it with me in mind. Yet, It’s almost like she just wants to believe the toxic feminist values so bad that her brain cannot compute my existence.

Very true. It’s odd because back during the lockdowns my own political and social viewpoints changed dramatically once I learned how to use critical thinking and genuine common sense. As a kid I was pretty indoctrinated into a lukewarm liberal of sorts. But we’d have thoughtful discussions where we’d actually end up on the same page. So I’m not sure what happened to those days. But now it’s like if something opposes the whole buzzword ideology or rejects a brash generalization it’s almost like t…

As a gay man I can confidently say that they project this behavior on other gay men as well. It’s honestly really disgusting and a main reason I try not to associate myself with that label or community of people generally. Because it’s taken to the extent of assault and aggressiveness being normalized as a facet of “gay culture”. Hate to read through the experiences shared here. The violation of very clear boundaries of heterosexual men is inexcusable and also very reflective of the way they tre…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
